I can only say that they could send a couple longer cords with the regular 60' ones. And that the wireless cameras are not wireless. I was under the impression they would have a battery pack which they do not. Now I need top have an outlet installed.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the option that it comes with having the wireless cameras is perfect keeps you from running cables across the yard if you want to say have a camera in a shop or driveway the camera system is very easy to set up, comes with nice detailed instructions. good quality i did change the drive out and install a samsung solid state drive. other than that it was pretty much plug in and go

He says these that are wired in have pretty good detail compared to most he has seen. The app for the phone is where he says it’s lacking. He wishes the replay could be sped up or rewound. Can’t seem to do that while being away from the house and using the phone. I set the system up and it was pretty simple after all the system updates! (Good god at the system updates.) the system itself is very good and he likes that we can add more cameras later if needed. (We live in a small house 8 cameras are more than enough!) thank you for making a system that is pretty easy to install and deal with. Hopefully they will make updates to the app so he will love everything about it!

I like the fact that you can have hard wired cameras, and wireless for difficult to reach or install areas. However, the mobile app has a LOT of room for improvement.

Posted .It says 12 Channel with 8 wireless/wired cameras. It is our new 1080p hybrid solution and comes with 6 wired and 2 wireless cameras and can be expanded up to 8 total wired and 4 total wireless cameras for a total of 12 cameras. Let us know if any further questions.
