In a world moving to mirrorless, this compact and capable DSLR brings a lot of bang for the buck. I still prefer to see what I am shooting, vs an electronic view finder. The new mirrorless cameras are great, but I love the heft and feel of this camera in hand.

This camera replaces the D80 I used for 16 years with great success. It served me well. The D7500 is easy to use, with features new to me, yet keeps the same feel I've grown to like. It fits the hand very comfortably, the controls are in logical positions, and the overall feel is solid. I've not explored the video portion very much yet, but from what I've seen so far the quality is better than I got from other cameras I own. In all, this camera does what I need it to do, does it excellently, and did not cost as much as some of the alternative systems I've owned.

This camera is easy to use and lightweight. The images are crisp and clear. It was a good value for the money. The hardware that goes with the camera was easy to install and the process of adding the images to the computer was easy to do.

I am absolutely in love with this camera. I spent months researching, debating back and forth on what camera would be my first investment. I am still learning how to use it, and there is so much to learn. Slowly but surely, I am figuring it out and have already taken several pictures that I am truly proud of.

Easy to use, excellent quality photos even for beginners, typical of Nikon products. An added bonus was that the camera was on sale at the time of purchase. Plenty of gadgets that can be purchased separately too.

The camera is easy to use and user friendly. The pictures come out crisp and perfect. I purchased this camera for the time lapse and it works great. It took several times to get the hang of it, but now it works fabulous. Like anything it takes practice.

Love this camera. I had a D3000 for years and still use it. There is just something about a mirror camera. I love the ability to take video with the D7500 as well as link the camera to my phone and download pictures and video in the field to share with friends and family. I don’t have to wait to share vacation photos.
