The machine is fine but the whole process of having to freeze the product for 24 hours before use and then freeze another 24 hours

Love it yet it keeps having problem starting for me

It is pricey, but if you are willing to spend the money you are getting good quality self serve. It is fun to try and make different flavors and also try to adjust your flavor to your liking.

This machine is amazing! I just wish it has a little more instruction because you really have to make sure it’s frozen well so you get a firm consistancy

What an amazing machine, a Paco jet for the fraction of the price

My daughter loves it. It does take a day to make bc you have to freeze the content for 24 hours but the actual processing time after you freeze it only takes a few minutes.

Decides to get the upgraded model for the soft serve feature which is nice for easy serving on cones for kids. In the summer, this is a hit.

[Employee of bestbuy] Bought as a Father’s Day gift and he loves it. Very easy to use and you can find recipes anywhere.

This is a nice luxury item if you want something for a few fun ice cream parties. But I don’t think this should replace a traditional ice cream maker if you want to make the best ice cream possible at home.

Bought this machine for my daughter, she is in love with ice cream, after dinner ice cream disert .

The creami does make good ice cream. My only complaint is there are so many steps to preparation before being able to enjoy it!

The machine is amazing, the only con is being hard to clean the cups. The model of cup is different than the regular one, because of swirl.

Ready for summer! I’ve been wanting something to mix up my protein intake and now I get to add ice cream to my list!!!

Fun to use but there is a learning curve involved. Be sure to plan ahead of time for the dessert you would like to make!
