Versatile blender with food processor function

The Ninja - UltraCrush Professional Kitchen System does any job you throw at it with very little effort thanks to its powerful 1,500 Watt 2 HP motor. Be careful not to drop it, as it is fairly heavy, a testament to the solid build quality of Ninja products. The base motor unit is surprisingly quite a bit more compact than our older unit from another popular brand name. This Ninja UltraCrush can handle a wide variety of ingredients such as fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables, ice cubes which will crush, chop, blend, puree and turn it into “snow”. It is simple to use, with just 4 speed buttons, and a pulse button. It comes with a big 72 oz. XL Pitcher & Lid (*64 oz. max liquid capacity), Total Crushing Stacked Blade Assembly, 18 oz. Single-Serve Cup & Spout Lid, Pro Extractor Blades Assembly, 8-Cup Precision Processor™ Bowl & Lid, Chopping Blade Assembly. My basic test on all blenders is to make a custom frozen strawberry smoothie, so I added a few good chunks of frozen strawberries, also added a handful of fresh blueberries that I normally use for breakfast and half a glass of OJ. Done in no time, good texture and a perfect blend. Also my lunch treat, made an ice cream milkshake, both using the 18 oz single serve cup that has a convenient lid with a spout you can easily pour the contents out of. I can’t wait for the weather to get a little warmer to use the big XL 72 oz Pitcher and make some frozen pina coladas for family and friends get togethers. As for the food processor attachment, our immediate need was to make a small meatloaf, so with some cut up semi-frozen chicken pieces, using the pulse function did a wonderful job chopping in-lieu of a grinder. We then used another personal favorite, the Ninja Foodi NeverStick Pan/Steamer set to complete the dinner. Cleaning up after dinner prep or smoothie prep was also easy, since the stainless steel blade assemblies are removable (be careful as they are super sharp) and the cups are dishwasher safe. All in all, the Ninja - UltraCrush Professional Kitchen System is a versatile, multi-functional kitchen appliance that’s built to last. I know we’ll enjoy using it frequently for years to come.

    Sleek Upgrade for Busy Kitchens

This Ninja is an impressive step up for anyone who relies on their blender for more than just the occasional smoothie. I have had an older Ninja model for years that was absolutely amazing and never let me down, but I finally decided it was time to upgrade to something with more modern features and power. This new system feels like a significant leap forward. The 1500-watt motor has a level of strength that handles everything from frozen fruit to heavy dough without the engine sounding like it is struggling. The "Total Crushing" blades are particularly effective, as they turn a full pitcher of ice into a snow-like consistency almost instantly. Right out of the box, the "machine gray" finish gives it a modern, high end look that fits in well with other kitchen appliances. The design is vertical and relatively compact, so it does not dominate the counter space, and the suction cup feet are a small detail that keeps the base from shifting around during high speed blending. When it comes to using it everything is very straightforward because the different attachments click into place securely. Everything is simple enough that you can get started without much of a learning curve like many other kitchen appliances nowadays. One of the most practical parts of this Ninja is the variety of containers included. Having the 72oz pitcher for big batches is great for hosting, but I find myself using the 8 cup food processor bowl just as often for chopping vegetables or mixing sauces. It really streamlines the process because you are not switching between multiple standalone appliances. The single serve cup is also a lifesaver for busy mornings because it allows for a quick blend and go without a lot of extra cleanup. This Ninja also includes the smart Auto-iQ programs that take the guesswork out of blending by using timed pulses and pauses made for specific tasks like crushing ice which has come in handy. Then once you are finished, the maintenance is again incredibly easy since all the containers, lids, and blade assemblies are BPA free and dishwasher safe. It makes the entire cleanup process very manageable because the last thing we all want to deal with is doing the dishes after a meal. Ultimately, this system is a reliable and powerful choice if you want professional grade results without a complicated setup. It is fast, looks great on the counter, and offers the kind of versatility that makes it an everyday use appliance.

Another Ninja powerhouse for my kitchen

The Ninja - UltraCrush Professional Kitchen System - Machine Gray is a powerful food and beverage-processing machine. Once the box was opened, I took out the powerhouse 1500-Watt Motor Base that can crush ice and frozen fruit to puree inside the XL 72-oz Total Crushing Pitcher or my 18-oz. Single-Serve Cup with Spout Lid. The four speed settings of low, medium, high, and max, allows me to make juice, smoothies, frozen drinks, extract, puree and crush ice easily. I can control the thinness or thickness of my drink, with the speed settings. Also, I can attach my 8-cup Precision Processor Bowl to take my food preparation to a more efficient level. The Bowl minced my gingerroot extremely fast, in a matter of seconds. I also used the 8-cup Precision Processor Bowl to prep my bell peppers, celery and onions. All produce was chopped into a uniform mixture that allowed even and thorough cooking. With a 1500-Watt motor, of course there is a lot of grinding noise, but that should be expected for such great results. The blades are extremely sharp and must be handle with extreme safety. The complete system is easy to clean by hand or with a dishwasher. The materials in contact with food and beverage are BPA free. The Ninja - UltraCrush Professional Kitchen System - Machine Gray does everything a complete food processing system should do to prepare a wide variety of meals.

So Ninja just keeps making stuff we didn't know we needed. I will start with the pros and the cons later. Pros: Mini cup blender. Love that I can make a single server smoothie and hit the road with the included travel lid. Helps with the budget so I don't stop by a convenience store and buy a smoothie on the way home from work. The processor is clutch for making bread and pretty much anything else. It runs smooth as silk. Onions didn't stand a chance in it. It also has a nice hole in the top to be able to add liquids in it while blending. The blender is pretty big and good for all kinds of delicious drinks. I was able to mix a bad batch of rice and beans (black beans never got soft after cooking them for 6 hours. It has suction cups on the bottom to keep it in place. Cons: Well it is not quiet but what blender is? You are going to need additional storage space because of the extra accessories but outside of that I can't find any fault with this unit. All in all this is a solid pickup. I would definitely recommend buying this.

Got this Ninja UltraCrush Professional Blender set a little over a week ago. Old one had better days and thought it was time to try an updated version. Very happy with this set! Nice and clean design, simple to use, and versatile with different sized pitcher/cup/bowl. I think my favorite is the smallest one (18 oz) for making protein shakes after a workout. No need for the old Nutribullet anymore! Great size for a single serving. Only tested out the mid-sized food processor once, and it did a fine job chopping. The largest pitcher attachment has had some good use for making a couple larger batches of slushy drinks (may or may not have had alcohol in them) as well as a fruit smoothie for my wife and me. Shark/Ninja stuff has always worked well for us (both food mixers, Creami, and vacuum). Not overly complicated, relatively easy to clean, and simple to use. Recommend to give it a try!

Perfect Starter Blend And Chop System

For the last week I've been testing the Ninja UltraCrush Professional blender system. Overall it is a perfect starter blender system that performs well. I've had multiple Ninja blenders, and in my experience they have been very reliable. This blender system provides all the basic functionality required for blending and chopping. The main unit has a simple design with suction cup feet to keep it from moving on the counter, four strong blend speeds and a pulse button. It comes with one small blender cup and lid, a large pitcher with a pour spout lid, and a medium-sized chopper pitcher and lid. Basically, covering all major bases. When it's time to clean, everything effortlessly disassembles and is easy to hand wash. Just watch your fingers on the blades. Also, it is dishwasher safe if you prefer that cleaning method; however, I highly recommend handwashing the lids. The only drawbacks I found is that I cannot use any of my previous generation attachments, such as my zucchini noodle attachment. Also, the suction cups on the bottom lack a quick release mechanism. That said, It works great and I would recommend it.

    A system you'll actually use

Like most people, I needed a "blender" for my kitchen. Just a normal blender to mix up a milkshake or maybe a smoothie. Pretty basic stuff but after having this little blender system for a bit, I can easily say this is what you really want when you say you need a blender. To start, this thing is quite powerful. I've had older blender that just couldn't cut through that chunk of ice or had too much veggies to blend so you'd have to back it off a bit. Not with this thing. This thing will chew through just about whatever you throw into it. Ice, whole vegetables, thick potatoes....this little thing will cut right through all that easily allowing you uninterrupted blending fun. Probably the nicest thing about this system is the different containers you get with it. No more one size fits all and just throw everything into the mixer and hope for the best. Here you can choose which container to use for optimal performance and get whatever you need out of this. You have the normal "blender" container which is probably what most people will wind up using. You can get your margaritas or smoothies ready for the party easily with this container or any sort of marinade/chutney you want to create as well. You have a smaller food processor container for things like salsas or maybe chopping up veggies. And lastly you have the solo use milkshake attachment for when you are just creating something for yourself. Really nice how you're able to pick and choose which container suits your needs and from there all from one device.

The Ninja UltraCrush Professional Kitchen System in Machine Gray is the ultimate all in one blender, food processor, and smoothie maker to go. It comes with an extra large 72 oz. pitcher, an 8 cup processor bowl, an 18 oz. single serve cup, perfect for smoothies on the go. The containers are easy to clean and can even be washed in the dishwasher. The UltraCrush has 1500 watts of power with Total Crushing Technology to be able to crush just about anything you decide to put in it. Not only is it powerful, it run smooth and quiet compared to other blenders I have used in the past. It instantly goes through ice and frozen fruit. When I first tested it out, I filled the pitcher full of ice, and hit "Low". The ice instantly became like snow. My wife was very excited when the UltraCrush arrived. She quickly put the food processor bowl to work making home made bread crumbs for chicken. She also likes the ability to make a smoothie, and drink it from the same container, making less of a mess to clean up later on. But she does sometimes put her smoothies into a insulated tumbler to keep the smoothie cold for longer periods of time. We've also made some margaritas, which were phenomenal. Overall I'm very impressed with the Ninja UltraCrush Professional Kitchen System.

First off for transparency, I am a huge fan of everything Shark (cleaning - vacuums) and Ninja (kitchen - air fryer) I bought this one to replace an older version that was used well, but I lost too many of the accessories So why do I keep going back to Ninja? 1) This and all of their products are at a competitive price point 2) Their durability is among the best. I never worry about product failures with any of their products for years 3) they have features that I use and appreciate So why this blender? - As you can see, this is not a blade at the bottom traditional blender. The blades are fully along the central shaft and they are sharp. This combined with the power and I have never had the blender seize up while in operation - Super easy to clean. Ot breaks down quickly and soaking/cleaning is a breeze - The quality and longevity of the blender is top notch. As long as you don't drop or lose anything, it will last probably longer than you want - Lastly the complete package was perfect for me. The large blender for traditional jobs. The medium container for chopping vegetables and the small/cup size for blending single serving drinks I will continue to be a fan and support Shark/Ninja as they continue to make innovative, affordable and long lasting products

This is one very powerful machine than makes frozen beverages perfectly. It also does a pretty good job of both chopping vegetables and juicing them. I've been very impressed so far but as it's from Ninja I suppose I shouldn't be too surprised. it's got one very powerful motor but that leads to my one and only complaint about this mixer/blender/crusher and that is it's rather loud. It includes several accessories that make it more useful for different things. The main container/blender/crusher is great for making stuff from perfect frozen beverages to using it as a plain blender. The smaller one is perfect for smaller "batch' uss for when you don't need s lot. The smallest is perefect for a simple fruit smoothie. The fact that Ninja included all these different attachments show just how thoughtful the company can be for making the most of your purchase. Just like everything else I've gotten from Ninja this kitchen system provides both ease os usse and the perfect utility for the kitchen. I'm rather happy and satisfied.

I've made a few smoothies and daiquiris with this, and the blender makes very quick work out of these with both the full-sized pitcher and single-serve cup attachments. I wasn't keeping track of time, but I'd say about a minute is all you need to avoid any large chunks of ice or frozen fruit/veggies. It's also good for making dips or mixes for sandwiches, so I know this will help to save some prep time for when the holidays come around. One thing to note is that the base of the blender is pretty big, about 7 inches wide, and once the pitcher is placed, the whole thing stands at around 19 inches, so make sure you have adequate counter space. The only real downside is that this blender is fairly loud, especially with the small single-serve container. Though I don't really think there's such a thing as a quiet blender. If you're in a shared living space you may want to be careful at the times you use it, as well as if there are any easily-startled pets around. Overall, though, I'm pretty happy with this, and I'm eager to see what else I can make with this.

The Ninja - UltraCrush Professional Kitchen System is remarkable. It comes with a very small (Says 18 Oz) cup for your personal smoothie, a food processor style container, and of course, the big blender style container. Getting it all out of the box was a breeze, and figuring out which parts goes to what, was pretty simple, even without using the instructions, which you should always read. After I placed my frozen fruit, some water, and protein powder into the personalized size cup, I set it to low. The Ninja turned that frozen fruit into a puree like it was nothing. I mean, in less than 5 seconds, I had a super smoothie ready to go. Later on in the day, I needed my second shake, so I proceeded to double up the amount of fruit, water, and of course, protein. I was impressed. I did use pulse on this one, and it did great. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Ninja, and I’m astonished at how well it does without an ounce of fight. Oh, one last thing, the bottom of it does have suction cups, which is a plus, unless you’re trying to move it out of the way one-handed while in the other hand you have hot food. So be aware of that. Overall, great, and I love this thing. I use it daily, multiple times a day.

So Much More Than Just A Blender

If you are looking to save some space on your kitchen counters or cupboard this could be just the thing you need. My counter is usually cluttered with different appliances and this has helped my kitchen look so much nicer since it has replaced three different small appliances I had out on the counter. The Ninja UltraCrush Kitchen System is a blender, food processor and smoothie/frozen drink maker all in one. The system comes with the 1500w base, huge 72 oz. pitcher/blender and lid, an 8 cup food processor bowl and lid, an 18 oz single serve cup, the Total Crushing blade, Pro Extractor blades, and the chopping blade assembly. The pitcher and ice crushing blade has made a big difference. I can make frozen margaritas for the adults and flavorful ices for the kids. The power from this system has made these types of drinks effortlessly. I hadn’t had a snow cone in ages and it will easily turn ice into snow in seconds. I had forgotten how good they actually are. The 18 oz single serve cup is great for making my morning smoothie. The lid that comes with it is great when you are on the go or doing your workout. The 8 cup food processor will chop and puree with ease. I have made fresh salsa and I had no uneven bits and it didn’t over process like some machines do. I just have to have tortilla chips and salsa with my margaritas. The system can be a bit noisy, but with the power this has, it is no surprise. What blender or food processor isn’t noisy? Clean up is a breeze as most of the attachments are dishwasher safe. Overall I have replaced three different small appliances with this one system. I keep the base on the counter with the food processor attached and just keep the single serve cup and pitcher in the cupboard. The quality and ease of use has made this my new go-to blender plus system. I would highly recommend it. It being such a space saver on my counter is a big plus.
