A fun gadget, with many games available. The 3D takes a little time to get used to, but it is well rendered.

I wasn't sure I wanted a 3DS, but when they went on sale at Target (thanks again Best Buy Price Match Guarantee!) I decided I was ready, and I went for the XL version. The device is definitely heavier than my old DS Lite, but I've quickly grown used to it. The 3D screen can be a little jarring at first, but once my eyes adjusted I was impressed. The 3D looks great, and to not have to wear glasses makes it even better. The graphics are pretty good - games and videos alike look sharp. I've only tried a few 3DS games so far but all have looked and played well. Add in the backward compatibility with DS games and I couldn't be happier. I knocked down slightly for the weight but if I could I would give it a 4.5/5.

I bought this for my son age 10 so he'll have something 2 do while driving 6 hrs he love it and didnt ask me ever hour are we there yet. A life saver

Bought this for my 5 & 4 year olds, they are having a lot of fun with it. Buttons are easy to reach and to press. Wide variety of games available.

I bought the Nintendo 3DS, because Pokemon X & Y were coming out soon. The effect from the 3D screen is cool, but it can strain your eyes. But it has a slider to adjust the level of 3D to a comfortable level. I was surprised by level of detail in the graphics, of games. Nintendo has once again delivered in a quality handheld console. I would recommend that you buy a Nintendo 3DS.

Ever since I got it for my son his been none stop playing it and loves playing the Lego game. Very easy to play and carry around where ever he goes.

My son had the DS previously and wanted the 3DS for Christmas. Made the decision to go with the XL and have enjoyed every moment playing games.

I would give it the full 5 stars but you see when I had bought this I bought it for my brother and mind you we have a very stable dislkie kinda really dislike relationship and I always have to outdo him, well I had suspected he was going to be buying me a playstation 4 for christmas, so I thought I shall get him this since he had been asking for one, But i was going to set it up before he would open it on christmas and download a game that he also had wanted. Well upon starting it up it would not under any circumstance connect to the internet and everything was running very slow. Happily upon restarting the darn thing it connected and is working perfectly fine and I radiantly one uped my brother since he got me a playstation 3 which did me no good since we already have one, the reason he got me one was so he didn't have to share, but I do not have access to my old memory files. Now that I've gotten a bit off track yes it is a great product I wish everyone had one to play with.

This gaming system is awsome. It has great graphis and is user friendly.

My niece loves it but she is allowed to use on weekends. Plus the great thing is that the games to the original DS play on this new device.

My five year finds it easy to use and the games are interchangeable with a 3ds which I have lots

Bought this for my 9 year old and I can't get him off it! He especially likes the effects and the camera and would recommend to all! Bravo!

i am 24 years old and still love to play video games. This game it XL is perfect size and not heavy at all. DefUnitedly worth getting.

My son loves the 3DS XL I got him for Christmas and I love it too!! Who knew I would have as much fun with Lego Batman as my 11 year old.

Our grandson loves his new 3ds. The pictures are very clear and the colors are vibrant. The larger size of the screen is a definite plus.

I bought this for my 6-year old daughter for Christmas and she loves it! She does not have any issues with it and thoroughly enjoys it!
