A very good portable system that plays all the DS games. Cheaper than the "New 3Ds" that does not come with a power cord !!!

The word search and crossword aps are perfect learning tools.

Love the second screen- well integrated with the few games i've played (zelda link b/w worlds, fire emblem, bravely default). the location of the stylus is immediately accessible- right next to my finger underneath the console. Overall great console but I'm not too keen on the 3D functionality since it gives me headaches after a short while.

I upgraded from a 3ds to a 3ds xl and am definitely happy with the decision. The bigger screen is fantastic and the graphics are great. The larger size also seems to be a little more comfortable to hold for people with larger hands.

Disappointing the newer models 3DS XL doesn't come with a charger. Thankfully I purchased a discontinued one & if comes with a charger. Not bad for the price I paid.

The 3ds xl is as close to mobile gaming perfection as you can get. One of the things Nintendo does incredibly well is mobile gaming.The game library is vast, and you have a lot of options. You can of course purchase your games at a normal retailer on cartridge, or download them directly to your system over the Internet using the Eshop. Speaking of the Eshop, this is another huge plus as you will find a tons of older classic titles from Nintendos back catalog. Lastly the 3d is really cool.. You can turn it off or on depending on your preference. I use it all the time since I think it adds a layer of depth to games.

It's a perfect size for hand held gaming. It's a little awkward to hold on to for extended periods of time but you can't get much better for a compact and portable system.

It's better than the 3DS, it has a larger screen. 3D viewing is awesome. I like that you can create your own character. When using the Internetitt doesn't support flash :( but everything else is great! Love the battery life.

Love the game and the price thanx to best buy prices.

I bought this as replacement for my son. He loves it, easy to use and the screen is much larger than his previous 3DS.
