    Was very difficult to set up. Early versions I had no problems. It continues to make same mistakes with words like "an" and "and". Seems to miss having the right words often when dictating. I think the early versions were much better.. This is a very expensive product for what it produces.

    I spent a whole day trying to make this program work. I had good hardware and I tried to optimize speed and accuracy settings,etc, etc, The program's error rate is awful and unusable. Best Buy won't let me return it. I just lost $200 and own a junk program.

    The product is useless. Best Buy is even more so. They don’t answer the phone; they don’t answer emails; they make it as difficult as they can for you to return stuff. They also make it virtually impossible to write a review! Would never do business with him again.
