    I liked it at first but now it isn't holding a charge. I try contacting the company but nothing and Best Buy don't have coverage which isn't fair at all. Like they know it was going to break.

    I really enjoyed the product for a few hours . The SDE was minimal and the product delivers a large amount of comparable apps and games . I took this for a test drive and was thinking about gift ideas for other family members and an upgrade for myself to the quest . Once the product disconnected however it would not reconnected to either the app or it's own accompaniment wand . If this would have been a purchase for a child , beware of frustration level with reconnecting and repairing with apps and bluetooth (at least with the current device I own ) . Being it is a lower end of a line I am sure that I will either be offered a replacement,return to my card or a gift card and maybe encouraged to upgrade in the process of returning . The support was Ok as the issue was addressed via email however unresolved after following forum advice and a factory reset as this happened on a weekend . I was really looking forward to sharing the experience with family member and buying multiple units including the quest however from the gate I don't think I'll be using this device or similar on its social platform .
