Worth every Penny! Upgraded from a 70D. Would recommend it

Big gamer fan since the early 90's, been waiting for the day we'll see VR become a reality. Yes it works! and it 's amazing! IMO we are only 2 hardware generation away from perfecting VR headset. 2nd gen , (better LCD sceen) , 3rd gen will be need to a total wireless headset. by then VR powerful videocard will hit the mid-end tier.

I am a single player gamer. I don't have a huge amount of space, bUT because of theach wonders of technology, I can go to the theater while sitting at home. I have 3 60" monitors for gaming for general viewing. The possibilities are amazing. I only hope future iterations of this technology prove to have even higher resolution screens.

It's ok, just lacking content currently but who knows what the future holds

Get for gamers and developers, would highly recommend.

Lots of fun and so realistic. VR world is the greatest

A great intro to VR gaming, tons of games and films available. The immersion, while not perfect, is great. There is some screen door effect and I found it uncomfortable on the nose and hot after not too much time, but it's still a very fun experience and I'm sure the next (hopefully cordless!) version will be much improved.

It took me awhile to set everything up, ok I got the grandkids to set it up, They love it, we are now ready to get the virtual hands, It is really hard to explain the true feeling or experience, If you have the time go to best buy and try it, you will be amaze and hooked the first two minutes, Have fun and see you on the oculus,

Been the coolest addition to the gaming world since i can remember. The fact you lose yourself into the game or video you're watching is probably the coolest experience. After an hour or two of use it does become a little uncomfortable hanging off your face but you forget it there half the time when using the product.

The picture quality has still quite a bit to be desired, but there is nothing better on the market at the time of this review. All three main players are pretty much equal. There are a few games that blew my mind and one can just hope there will be more to come. (Robo Recall, Elite Dangerous...). It's a lot of fun!

Offers and amazing experience and so many games!!!

If you are looking for a VR device that has good library of games and experiences, this is it. Oculus Rift has its own store of games, and in addition to that it's also supported by Steam VR. There's also a good amount of free experiences you can download.

Excellent product, concept, design the unit is made of topnotch material and works great. The drivers are flaky the unit just drops off on occasion. The video looks amazing. But little issues like reporting that the system does not meet the minimum requirements because I use am a10 AMD processor, and not an Intel unit is not so attractive. The sensor works great.

Very immersive experience in gaming. Waiting for more applications

Awesome headset!! I highly recommend it. Like other virtual reality headsets, the Oculus RIft has the arduous task of completely immersing you in a video game by producing two images simultaneously. It does this by hooking into the back of your graphics card's HDMI port and using a camera to track your head movement.

I read several reviews before deciding to go with the oculus mainly because of their lean towards using the XBox 1. It is performing well. I caution those who do buy it to make sure they set it up to down load the games to your largest drive. I have to pay close attention when installing to do this least ways you will have to uninstall to make the right chooses.
