Tower is awesome. Really good graphics. Run really well even on ultra settings in game.

Great performance for the price! Won't be able to max out on ultra for really intense games, but I was able to easily max out on some older AAA titles. I'd recommend switching out the HDD for an SSD and maybe upgrading the RAM, but it works great as-is, especially if you're only worried about gaming.

Bought this for my son for a great sale price at Christmas time and it has exceeded his expectations. It’s fast, his games never lag and the graphics are fantastic for the price it can’t be beat. Almost bought a cheaper model but glad I splurged for the hp.

I was floating around between upgrading to a SSD drive which would make the loading time much faster and a better graphics card like a 1070+ but the difference would have been another $500+ just for the two things which just isn't worth it. The price point for everything in this machine was exactly what I wanted and it has done everything I wanted without any issues so far.

HP effort into the gaming world is not too shabby. They certainly aren't the first name you think of, however the system is very solid. The 1060 video card DDR3 is a very solid card and that alone is going to set you back 200 to $250 still. The 8 gigs of memory is more than adequate for online MMO gaming and is easily upgradeable . A 1 terabyte hard drive being standard is more than adequate . There's certainly a lot more toys it could have but it's a solid case brushed aluminum lighted decent-looking . It more than passes the test for solo PC gaming.

Bought for my 14 yo son. Good storage and great graphics. Also works great for papers and homework.

Runs very quiet. Case is not too big. It can play all the popular games on medium to high settings.

Overall this gaming PC is mid-range but I say outperforms in that aspect. It is quiet and powerful and with the inclusion of the video card its truly a monster in its price range. A few negatives are the hard drive and ram it comes with. While it is mid-range it should come with at least 16GB of RAM but beggars cant be choosers at this price. The hard drive while 1TB is enough for an average gamer or PC user, for the rest of us using this PC for its true intended purpose of gaming, streaming, developing or design the 1TB is both too little and too loud in some cases and would best be used as a drive separate from the OS. I recommend getting an SSD and a secondary drive. There is only enough room for 2 drives so i'd turn the one this PC comes with into an external and simply use an SSD and a secondary 3TB. Overall in performance this PC works as expected and excels in other cases with an SSD attached.

So happy I purchased this computer. The graphics are nice, OMEN dashboard to change how the lights on front displayed, fast and smooth operation. Am planning on adding 2 sticks 8 GB ram soon just because I like to increase . Not a gamer but I want to have the speed.

My son has spent hours of fun gaming with his friends! Fast economical and well worth the time!

I was looking for a computer i could both do digital art on and play games. Clip studio, photoshop and SAI all run like a dream. Ive have no issues with the computer so far. The same goes for games even when ive screen shared or streamed for friends!

A very solid performing computer at a reasonable price. Plays all games well, if not quite bleeding edge.

This PC is fast and, with 3 gb of video RAM, great for video editing. Quick to setup and installed HP software identified and installed both HP printers with no action required by the user. The case is attractive but the color changing LEDs on the front are a bit gimmicky. The video card has outputs for HDMI, DVI, and DisplayPort. Hooked to a Dell HDMI monitor and an LG DVI monitor works with no issues. This PC comes with a standard laptop style DVD/CD burner. The one downside is the lack of external slots for adding a Blu-Ray burner to the case. However, this is overcome by connecting an external Blu-Ray burner to one of the USB 3 ports. Works like a charm. I will likely upgrade the RAM to 16 gb to further improve performance.

This HP Omen is a good value for a gaming and work PC. I have been using mostly Macs for many years, but decided to switch to a PC so I could get something better for gaming and have a computer that was upgradeable. I play World of Warcraft and the included NVIDIA GTX 1060 graphics card handles the high graphics settings without a problem. The 7th Gen Core i5 processor is not the latest or greatest anymore, but it is fine for most productivity and gaming. I will probably add memory and an SSD later, and it is nice to have the option to do that. The LED lights on the front are a neat feature, and the look of the tower is sleek without being over the top like some other gaming PC’s.
