Works great, not horribly bulky, but still bigger than most slim cases. No issues to report. It's a tough case which is what I wanted

I bought this case for my husband's new Google pixel 9 pro. It's the only holster case for his phone. The case itself is very substantial for protection; but the holster is a clip in and he would prefer a slide in style.

The Otterbox Defender is the best protective case you can buy. The price definitely reflects it but it's worth the money for what you get. My only complaint is the Pixel 9 Pro gets very hot while charging in the case and causes it to charge a lot slower. That's not a knock against Otterbox but the phone itself.

Best case in the entire world. I've been buying the defender series since the iphone 4 and not one time has any thing bad happened to a phone it was on. I am so bad about dropping my phone and it protects the phone flawlessly. Plus the lifetime warranty is a godsend. Even if a little flap breaks off they will send you a replacement part. Some people say they are a tad bulky but I couldn't even imagine buying a phone and not using one.

It's an OtterBox Defender case. It appears to offer lots of protection for a pricey phone. It goes together well. I don't really need the clip cover piece. I hope I never have to test how good this case really is. I can't imagine ever not using a case like this for my phone.

Really a sturdy and strong case. It has a frame that goes around the front of your phone that locks it in with the cover. My only very minor complaint is that it is super grippy so its can be a small inconvenience putting your phone in your pocket. But the grip is also a good thing. Your phone will def. be safe.

Case is just as good as the older otterboxes, just a bit slimmer in my opinion. I liked that it has the hard plastic and then the rubber around it. I had to get it in store because I needed a case that day.

Great phone case quite durable and kept my phone very safe and Unbroken so huge five stars for me. I only had one issue with it which is when I would need to take off to get to my memory card or anything it was a bit difficult to do that but completely worth it considering my phone is in one piece.

Protection for your expensive phone, An investment that will definitely keep you from spending more.

i purchased this because magbak still hasnt made a pixel 9 pro case and i needed a quality alternative. its been great tbh but the magbak case had magnets and would stick to my fridge and i miss that. i purchased one for myself and one for my brother using best buy card rewards so they were cheap too

It's a great case. It protects my phone from the elements

Very poor build quality. There is a large gap between the phone and the plastic case that causes the phone to move around in the case and make a rattle noise. On top of that, I would assume this gap would impact the shock/drop protection that the case offers. I have exchanged the case for the another one, and the new one had the exact same problem. This seems to be a quality control issue on the manufacturing end. Going through the manufacturing results in useless warranty claims that charge you for shipping. Very poor customer service. I will not be using this brand to protect my devices going forward.

I have used OtterBox Defenders for all of my phones since I discovered them. I have yet to have a dropped phone crack or break

This is a must considering the condition of my last phone. I think the phone must have thought I hated it.

My back camera got cracked with this on and has to get it fixed
