I physically went to all the big box stores & even the mom n pop shops iso a case to no avail. I went to Best Buy & they were the only ones that had what i needed when i needed it! Fit perfectly-looks great too! Even the price was right! No delays in deaing with them online. I wish I would have started with Best Buy in the 1st place. Thank you Best Buy! You saved my brand new phone AND my pocket! 10/10 highly recommend.

Works great, not horribly bulky, but still bigger than most slim cases. No issues to report. It's a tough case which is what I wanted

I've always trusted OtterBox to protect my phones and they've never let me down in that regard. However as usual, frequent insertion and removal from pockets will cause the outer rubber shell to stretch in the corners rather quickly if you don't use the belt clip. The problem with using the belt clip is that these phones (and many other phones these days) are simply too large for any belt clip to truly feel or look right, they phones themselves are bulky which in turn makes the clips bulky and clunky to use. The main thing I've always felt was odd is that the "higher tier" cases don't have an inner rubber shell with an outer plastic shell to hold it together, thus protecting the phone from getting minor scrapes from the case itself. I suspect this may in part be to help with heat dissipation and grip. But since it does it's job of protecting your phone, minor scrapes after years of use is not that big of an issue historically speaking.

Great case and feels good when holding. Easy to clean and protects my phone pretty well

Works well, I think I've dropped my phone a couple times, and it still wasn't damaged. It also does wireless charging with the case on, which I wasn't sure of when I bought it. It's just a little too wide to fit in my car's wireless charging area, though.

Really a sturdy and strong case. It has a frame that goes around the front of your phone that locks it in with the cover. My only very minor complaint is that it is super grippy so its can be a small inconvenience putting your phone in your pocket. But the grip is also a good thing. Your phone will def. be safe.

The case is great quality with lots of protection for the Pixel 9 Pro. However, the belt clip is oversized and doesn't securely hold the case & phone. It's too easy for the case & phone to detach from the belt clip. I've had OtterBox cases with no issues before, but I'm disappointed in this one. I made it work by wrapping a layer or two of Gorilla Tape around two of tabs at the corners of the belt clip. I don't know yet if this is a long-term solution.

The Otterbox Defender is the best protective case you can buy. The price definitely reflects it but it's worth the money for what you get. My only complaint is the Pixel 9 Pro gets very hot while charging in the case and causes it to charge a lot slower. That's not a knock against Otterbox but the phone itself.

I bought this case for my husband's new Google pixel 9 pro. It's the only holster case for his phone. The case itself is very substantial for protection; but the holster is a clip in and he would prefer a slide in style.

Works well, good protection and still comes with the belt clip if you want it. Usually not my first choice as the all-rubber outer usually stretches and looks terrible after a year or so and the inner plastic can crack unlike other Otterbox cases, but this one has been on sale for quite some time so it's actually one of the cheapest and comes with Otterbox's Drop+ protection.

As always great product from otter. Snug fit, great protection.

It is good protection however OtterBox has been in the game long enough where they need to have the magnetic ring in place on their cases.

Best case in the entire world. I've been buying the defender series since the iphone 4 and not one time has any thing bad happened to a phone it was on. I am so bad about dropping my phone and it protects the phone flawlessly. Plus the lifetime warranty is a godsend. Even if a little flap breaks off they will send you a replacement part. Some people say they are a tad bulky but I couldn't even imagine buying a phone and not using one.

The phone case itself is fabulous but the holster and clip part has very rough edges. I contacted OtterBox and they want me to pay shipping to send back the clip to see if I can get a new one without rough edges. I'm not paying $12.95 for shipping to return a faulty product. They then suggested that I take it back to Best buy and see if they can do anything about the faulty clip. I don't think it's Best buy's fault. It's OtterBox's fault and OtterBox should cover the shipping. The associated OtterBox was patronizing to say the least. I think I'll be seeking another brand of phone case in the future. But as far as the case itself, I'm quite pleased with how it feels. It has a good grip. It feels in your hand like something between silicone and plastic. It doesn't add any weight to the phone and the buttons on the side are easier to push than some other models in the past. I also think this case is overpriced.

It's an OtterBox Defender case. It appears to offer lots of protection for a pricey phone. It goes together well. I don't really need the clip cover piece. I hope I never have to test how good this case really is. I can't imagine ever not using a case like this for my phone.

I have purchased several OtterBox cases and they have all been great. They offer superior protection and a great value. I would highly recommend.

Case is just as good as the older otterboxes, just a bit slimmer in my opinion. I liked that it has the hard plastic and then the rubber around it. I had to get it in store because I needed a case that day.
