This otterbox is very sturdy and has a nice rubber outer coating that adds protection to the phone.

The OtterBox is very rugged and offers excellent protection from damage to your phone. I highly recommend it.

In construction you need something exactly like this! protective and not too bulky

The case works as intended. I've dropped my phone several times and it has not been affected. The exterior of the case seems to have no wear, despite being dropped. It has survived a spill, rain, and mud. The case does NOT prevent or interfere with WIRELESS charging. The reason I am giving only 4 stars is due to the covers over the USB and AUX having too much tension. When trying to charge via USB or listen with the AUX in my car, the tension pushes back on the cords causing them to bend, which I imagine over time would be detrimental to the cords and ports. It is because of this tension that I most often charge wirelessly.

Got a great deal on an OtterBox. I drop my phone a lot, and Otterboxes have kept my phone's safe.

love the otterboxes I just wish the screen protector didn't stop me from using it to the fullest potential, I have to take out the screen and get another one that is way better.

I always buy an otterbox defender for my phones. I bought two for my s7 so i can switch them out if I want to.

My phone gets dropped a lot. I have never had any problems with damage while it was in it's Otterbox case.

The case could should come with a cleaning cloth, but it will give you provide me the safety the Galaxy needs.

I have always loved the protection the Defender offers my phones! This one is no different. It does make typing on the keyboard a little slugglish, but otherwise it's great!

Good overall protection. Charging is a pain as the cover makes connecting charger cord difficult. Dirt gets under cover and needs to be taken apart to clean on a monthly basis.

Due to the large size of the Galaxy S7, the phone and case are somewhat bulky. This has caused the case to 'snag' on seatbelts, etc. and get pulled off my belt. based on prior experience with a smaller phone, I expected this, which was why I wanted a sturdy case. Despite falling onto a variety of hard surfaces, the phone has not been damaged AT ALL. In fact, aside from one small scratch on the corner, even the case is undamaged. This is a very rugged case!
