The salesperson sold me a case that will not fit my phone. I discovered the error after I got home. I returned the case for a refund. I had my prior case for over 2 years & I loved it.

The case does it's job, what can I say. Phone fits, ports are accessible, and drops don't result in any damage. It does what it says it will do.

Have only used less than 90 days. No signs yet for the belt clip or retainer clip to fail. Best part this product has a good warranty.

Not sure if this is a knock on the case or the S7 phone itself - but some of the on screen keyboard keys that are on the edges (Particularly the 1 and Q) can be a little difficult to hit with the case on the phone....

An excellent and versatile cover - strong, resilient, and light weight. The best part - I used my reward points to cover most of the cost.

My senior Dad lost his galaxy s 4. We needed something very similar and we went in and were very pleased with the model selected.

I like the case except for when you need to use the flash drive to transfer photos from the phone ....... you have to take the case off. Which is a pain. Also, due to the opening, it allows stuff to get under the cover.

I have had many Otterbox cases in the past but never bought the defender. This case secures the phone well and feels great in the hand.

Solid as a brick. If your work enviorment is not friendly to phones this is a great choice. This is my second Otter Box to go with my new S7

Got this case for my teen who likes to drop her phone a lot. It has helped to keep the phone safe since it's been dropped a couple times.

I have a job that depends on having a phone and having this durable case. It is outstanding protection I would recommend this case to everyone

The screen cover is to far away from the screen, so it creates a space. My husband took the screen out, but now feels like the screen isn't protected from scratches.

It offers the best protection and that is a A+ but the ability to top swipe down extra menus is a pain because the Galaxy 7 curves at the corners so it can be a pain.

While this is a very sturdy case, I have to remove it often because dirt gets between the clear cover and the phone screen. I will probably get a different case soon.

Otter is the best way to go. Had my last phone in one for 5+ years and it still looked brand new after being dropped, thrown, etc. !

It's getting ridiculous you can't find any cases unless they're iPhone cases this we had to order online and have shipped to the house because didn't have it in the store

I've used Otter Box phone protection for many phones without disappointment. It is by far a better investment than any phone insurance.

Honestly, I have busted phones before and it was expensive to repair them. This case helps me avoid cracked screens.
