Instead of opening downwards, they go upwards. Next, I am constantly pushing my phone into the right place because it slides out of place. It is nothing like the last otter box I had. Not worth it. I will buy otter box again -- but this one just isn't great.

We are sorry that this Defender is not fitting as well as it should and that the port doors are not going the direction you would like. I generally use a differently brand case that is also pricey but have never had any damage To the phone with that brand. With this brand case we have had damage from drops (several times). Now the phones were also different so its tough to say.

We do put our cases through an extensive amount of testing to ensure maximum device protection, but every drop falls prey to a number of different variables. Most of these we are able to prepare for, but unfortunately, some of them are beyond our control.

The screen protector makes it almost impossible to use the phone because it doesn't sit flat with the screen
