We purchased the Samsung Galaxy S7 phone at the same time and are STILL waiting for our gift card bonus(with purchase of phone) that was to come in the mail 10 days later, the wait time on the phone to speak to customer service has been way to long for me to continue to wait, but I also feel I should NOT have to inquire as to the giftcard where abouts.
