Bought a Samsung phone recently with this case. So far it is working well. When you load the phone into the case you hear a click and it is secure. Then it is secure on a belt. So I like it.

Our kids are rough on devices so this case has made the phone its in almost indestructible. It was a very wise choice and has saved us hundreds already!

Had to replace it. Originally got this 3 yrs ago and the bottom tore off b/c I was careless. Found it online while on vacation and stopped at the store to pick up.

I have used Otto box cases on all my smart iPhones 4, 6 and Samsung s4 and s7. I have dropped them several times and once from over 15 feet to a concrete floor and no damage.

I bought the commuter case,but I work outside and it wasn't holding up. I ended up getting the defender and its been working much better for me. I suggest if you work outside or have a job where there maybe circumstances where you may have your phone out a lot and may drop it get the defender.

The look and construction of this phone case is great. The convenience of being able to clip it on my side for quick use combined with the look and construction make this phone case a must have!

bought it for my 22 year old grandson who works as a nurse's aide and is very active he needed something that was functional and protected his phone from falls and dropping this seem to fit the need.

I loved this case and bummed it is not being made anymore. Does not protect screen from heavy things falling on it.

I have using Otterbox defender for years, the rubber housing usually dies and every once in awhile the case. It only takes contacting Otterbox and paying shipping to replace it all.

I bought this case for my husband and he loves it. He works outdoors and with a lot of dust but this case protects and keeps his phone clean. It is super sturdy and protects all the way around.

We purchased 2 Samsung cell phones. Learning fast how to navigate our new phones. We are totally satisfied so far and a great perk is that we can come to classes at Best Buy for our questions!

If your shirt is between your phone and the carrying case clip to your belt your phone might snap but it's not truly secure. After it's secured and you hear it snap it stays in place. Overall a good product needs some improvement. I feel very secure with the case around my phone!

I've had an Otterbox Defender for various phones over the last few years, always a great product. This one falls within that category, my only gripe was how hard it was to take off an on. Reason for this was the phone also was used in a Gear VR, it had to be removed in order to use it.

TERRIFIC PHONE CASE WOULDN'T WANT ANY OTHER KIND! Otterbox makes the best most durable cases. I have always had one on all phones I've ever had. Thanks for making such great quality products.

I had a Otter Box Defender for my S-3 and when I retired it the phone looked brand new. As soon as I could, I got the Defender for my new S-7. It is well built and provides the protection I need.

My kids and I all have iur phones and ipods in Otterbox. We have never had to replace a screen or a phone. They are all like new condition.

You will like the protection provided by this cae of you drop it, but its bulky and its screen protector leaves much to be desired as far as touch sensitivity. I like. It to armoring your car.

It wasn't until after I bought the case I began to read reviews about the screen and it's limit to the phone's touch screen functionality. I didn't even know it came with a screen I thought it was a case only. The screen and case fit my phone perfectly with no gaps or air bubbles. I noticed a lag when touching the edges sometimes but I thought it was because I needed an update. NOT!!! after the update there is still a lag when you touch and I found myself pressing harder to ensure the right symbols are chosen. I love the case but I can't deal with the screen protector. They should have made it where you can take the screen off manually from the case. All in all I say avoid the case. It's pretty and sturdy but what is the point if having touch screen phone if it barely works.

Bough for a buddy of mine that ask me for recommendations for a very good and reliable case for extreme conditions. This does the Job, bought it previously for other phones.

My dad still had a flip phone and it was way past time for him to upgrade. I think he was worried he wouldn't be able to understand or something, but he has been catching on real quick!
