Shel is Sturdy, but top not sitting flat. Space between top of case and phone making it difficult to type and use the phone

I have always bought Otter Box, I dropped my new iphone and the screen already cracked. Thank God I also purchased along with the Otter Box: Screen protector and a Charging cable also.

You can never go wrong with Otterbox! They’re durable and great quality. Just triple check that it is the correct case for your phone; especially when buying from Best Buy without a membership. I couldn’t receive a full refund for this unopened product since I was 3 days outside of their 15 day return policy. I called customer service and was told the store managers have the discretion to override the policy and provide a full refund. It’s been a while since I’ve purchased from Best Buy and don’t remember such a short return period. The manger was very kind and respectful, but was only willing to provide store credit. Being that this was the case, I returned it, and left the store credit with the manager, as I will do my best to not purchase from Best Buy again. Customers should not need a membership for a reasonable return time frame.

I always loved outer box but this outer box is way better really hard to take off. Protect your phone at all cost. Even feels light on your hands. What I don’t like is I missed the one part of the old cases we used to have the screen covering the front. But I really love this one and sometimes I put sticker on them and it is easy to take off. I would definitely recommend to anyone trying to get an outer box.

Great Protection, i love the build quality, and very nice fit

The OtterBox is a high-quality product with a solid feel. I chose the model that was not waterproof because I prefer no plastic cover on the screen. I’m confident it will protect my iPhone. Well, I like that. It includes a cover for a charging port.

This case is comfortable while using the phone, and it fits comfortably in my pocket. I bought this for a work phone, and I mostly keep it in my leg pocket. It has a nice clip. It is in 2 pieces so you can clip it onto either side of the phone, and that helps protect the face of the phone or make it usable. It has been nice to have because it is very effective if you drop your phone, and the case itself does not get cracked or scratched easily either. Totally worth the money for form and function..Definitely recommend !!

I’ve been using Otter Box phone cases for well over a decade now. I used to be in construction and back then the Otter Boxes were supposedly water proof - they claimed you could submerse your phone in up to 10 feet of water and it would still work. I never did that, but I did regularly have it on (and use it) while in the pouring rain and have tossed it off of roofs (to someone below) and never had any problems. That sold me on the brand and I’ve continued using Otter Box Defender cases ever since. They (Otter Box Defenders) aren’t completely waterproof anymore and I no longer work in construction, but they still come in very handy for me in the classroom (I’m a teacher now) when one of the kids gets out of line and I need to throw something. I’m just joking about that last part, of course, but the cases really are still drop resistant - I sometimes just toss it on the ground when one of the kids makes fun of me for having a belt clip phone case (apparently that’s not a trendy style right now). I get the last laugh occasionally when one of their phones gets cracked from just falling out of their backpack. I also win any “phone duels” because it’s WAY faster to pull it out of the belt clip holster than a pants pocket. So if you’re interested in this product, it is a good one… as long as you don’t mind little 10 year old diaper-wearing babies making fun of you for using a belt clip phone case.

The otterbox i got for my iphone 14 plus fitssnug and protects my iphone. Im prone to dropping my mobile phone a lot and i feel assured my phone comesput unscatbed. It fits good i. My hamds and has flaps for all the switches and buttons of my ipho e. Impressive case

It lives up to a defender of my negligence and inability to hold my phone properly in my hand, and I am glad that no otters were harmed in the process of making this product
