We are slightly confused by your feedback, considering the Defender does, in fact, completely enclose this specific device. The edges of the touchscreen itself should be covered by a built-in screen protector, while the sides of the phone experience dual layer protection in the form of an inner hard shell and an outer rubber silicone.
