If the issue is touch sensitivity, it sounds like there could be a bigger space between your screen protector and the infinity glass than we would normally prefer. The rubber exterior case buttons do not reach the actual phone buttons. Therefore, volume cannot be turned up or down. have to do it through phone settings.

Since the screen protector is thick is a little tricky to unlock your phone with your fingerprint

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly I use to be all about otter box but they are a waste of money and severely over priced for a peice of plastic and rubber plus they don't even put screen protectors on them any more to protect you screen or camera so go buy something cheaper. This case didn't protect my phone from a 2' drop the hole back on my phone shadered I had to file a insurance claim on it and begin a long process and deductible I had to. Buy something better made or just get you a cheap case, it'll do the same thing.

Not easy with the edge

The sides of the case seemed a little close the the wider screen--at least for my fat fingers! lol.

Returned the first defective one

Weird Fit
