I love OtterBox and there covers offer great protection and this case has offered great protection for my expensive phone. However I have issues with this cover. Because of the curved screen the screen cover of this case is also curved, but not quite the same as the phone. So when I use the touch surface of the phone the top of the screen is fine, the bottom is no very sensitive. For sure this is a design issue with the phone that would create an issue for case makers. Any inconsistency in either would create a problem for using the phone in the case. Another issue is that maybe in the first month part of one of the side clips on the case broke off. So it doesn't clip into the holster as tightly as I would normally expect for an OtterBox.

My wife and I recently upgraded to the S7 Edge. We upgraded from the S3. Four years ago when we purchased our S3's, we immediately placed them in an Otterbox Defender. When we traded our S3's in for the S7 Edge the Best Buy worker said "My gosh these phones look brand new". Oh by the way Best Buy gave us a total of $900.00 in gift cards for the trade in's and promo....GREAT DEAL!!!! Anyway I didn't even think an Otterbox existed for the Edge but of course with Otterbox being the top notch company they are I was quickly corrected. We purchased our Edge's along with the Otterbox Defender and could not be happier. The case is a must have for the S7 Edge and it functions perfectly. I would love to meet the designers of these cases because the design and functionality is nothing short of brilliant. God willing, I look forward to trading my S7 Edge in in about 4 years from now and have the Best Buy Associate say "My gosh this phone looks brand new.

Must have for Construction or any person who is rough with their phones. It isn't waterproof or anything, but it is a very nice designed case. The only problem I have is it lowers the sensitivity of the screen quite dramatically and you have to press a little harder than normal.

I bought this otter box for my dad as a gift and he absolutely loved it. It was hard to find a case for the galaxy S7 edge because of the weird shape of the phone but it works and fits great. I highly recommend it.

I needed at new case for my GS7 edge phone. I went to Best Buy and they were able to order me a Otterbox Defender. I received it the very next day and it's a great case! Thanks Best Buy.

Purchased this phone and case about a week ago on a upgrade from the Edge 6. The Defender series is well built and IM SURE if I drop it then the phone it will be fine. The MAJOR PROBLEM is I can barely use the touch screen without having to borderline breaking my finger. Texting is almost impossible to get right and takes a lot longer as I have to keep going back and correcting words due to the phone not picking up the correct letters on the swipe function. Once again its a great case put please FIX the screen protector.

I've always bought an otter case for my husband phones because anytime it happens to come out of the case he manages to break it. It does have a rugged look to it but otter box has come a long way. The last one I had the rubber stretched out on him let's hope the same does not happen with the one. Other then that I'm happy with FYI my husband works with trucks as an installer where there is dust metal and everything else that's dirty and wet at times is.

Offers great protection, even for the screen without having to buy a screan protecter screen. My only and two issues, the witeless charger dash mount don't charge though the case well. And the belt clip keeps coming off my belt as i am moving in and out of my car and falls off hitting the pavement. So i know it protects my phone, but with it not charging well and falling off my belt, i returned it. For pure protection it was great, but using it it day to day it was not good for me. My case for my note 7 never did it. Wish i still had my note 7. I was happy.

overall max protection for the butterfingers out there. The only problem I have is the decreased touchscreen sensitivity due to the screen protector - its hard to type.

I have had an OtterBox Defender case on my phone since day 1! I have butterfingers, and this case proves its worth every fall.

The cover is very robust for all situations as it was described. Very good protection against water especially!

I love this case it protects my phone.The touch screen works great with the case and everything.

It does what it is supposed to, but there is the problem of the screen sensitivity not being as responsive as one would want.

I have dropped my phones and the Otterbox has always protected my phone. I also like the holser that comes with it.

You want protection that's better than Trojans go with the Otter Box.

It works good and I feel like my phone is safe.. isn't the nicest looking case though.

Love this case. Something to mention that with the built in screen cover you might need to press little harder to type and if you are a gamer you might not like that. I like the belt clip and how easy I can remove the case and put it back. Also the design does not interfere with the edge capabilities.

Otterbox finally releasing for the s7 edge. Took awhile to get design down for this phone. Always use Otterbox for my phones and after two years of always being in the case, phone comes out looking brand new still.
