The screen was scratched, the body had gouges and scratches everywhere. It was obviously a used item sold as new by Best Buy. This is second time I have purchased an item and received a used item sold as new. I did not spend allot of time checking the case out as it was in such bad shape. This was the only place I could review the status of my purchase.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review....access to the edge panel functions on the Galaxy S7 Edge is very difficult. Since the phone's edge panel access is adjustable via a slider up or down the phone Ottorbox could easily have cut back a section on the left and right hard middle piece of the case and said to position the edge selector in that location. Unfortunately, they didn't so this case makes using a major feature of the Galaxy S7 Edge almost impossible to access. Without this feature your Edge is an S7.

Poor call quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought 2 Galaxy S7 Edge phones and wanted to protect them with the best case, so I bought 2 Otterbox Defender cases. Both my wife and I had the same problems from the beginning. 1. Hard to open apps with touch. We had to press hard, twice, three times, sometimes more to get an app to open. Very frustrating. 2. People could not hear us when making calls, even to each other. So I took the cases off and bingo, no problem with touch sensitivity and we no longer have problems with call quality. The case is good protection for the phone but it interferes greatly with the call quality and touch sensitivity. Not recommended
