I love otterbox covers! They are usually the best. This cover on the other hand didn't work for me because it made the touchscreen less responsive (the plastic cover over the screen was too thick I guess). I think otterbox cases are the most protective. I'd recommend to choose the otterbox case without that extra screen cover for S7 edge phones.

These phones are so fragile!! Don't believe the salesperson who tell you about military specs and drop tests! The S7 Edge is ALL GLASS on the face! It will break unless you protect your investment with one of these cases! Definitely worth the price and actually cheaper than the insurance copay.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the new thinner design of the Otterbox Defender case for the Galaxy S7 Edge phone. It protects the phone (and especially the curved bezel) extremely well, while still letting me access the entire screen. Lighter, but very protective. I really recommend it.

Thought it would be good to protect an expensive piece of equipment from the outside environment

It could have cheaper. The material that it is made from is cheap to get, and easy to manipulate into the shape of my phone.

I love this case and when I upgrade my phone to the Note 8 or 9 I will be buying the corresponding OtterBox Defender Series for it. This is the first time I've ever bought a case for a cell phone and I've owned one since 1995, granted I don't think they had cases for them back then.

This phone case is very durable and has saved my phone a few times when it has been dropped.

I've had an order box before for my phones and needed one for this phone. Work great for me.

I purchased this because I'm rough on phones and I broke my S7 Edge with a cheap phone protector previously. It has been great for my phone. My only issue is that the clear plastic screen cover deadens the touch screen response a little. I did increase the sensitivity and that helped a little. All in all a great phone protector.

Nice protection but not crazy about the screen protector

This is the only case I found to have the screen protection built in for the Galaxy S7 edge. The screen functions fine behind the protector, occasionally you might have to do a double tap at something at the edge of the screen. If you want full protection for a S7 Edge this works great.

I got the slimmer otter box for my S7 when I bought the phone from T mobile. I wish I would have waited until I went to best buy to get a case because this one was the same price as as the one I got from the T mobile store and it provides a ton more protection than the slimmer otter box.

i was a fan of the shockproof but otterbox has been a good product for my phone, i love it.

This is by the far the best case for the 7 edge. I had a shell case but dropped my phone the first week and broken the screen... This case covers the entire phone and edge so worries about it breaking the screen. The only issue is on the back the rubber feels like its coming away from the plastic molding but double sided tape fix it.

Had the same case for my old phone. It did a wonderful job of protecting it on several occasions that could have been a real problem. Drove all over to try to find one in any color other than black. Could not find it so had to settle for black. Other than the color I love it.

With edge you need protection for that protruding screen. If your clumsy like me you also want the reassurance that an inevitable drop or sharper item in your pocket won't leave you bummed about damaging your expensive purchase. I am very pleased I bought this and you will be too!
