The plastic screen protector is s built in and has some space between it and the screen, so sometimes it doesn't register touches as it should. The holster is a very tight fit on the case, which is good and bad. It's a pain to remove, but it will also never fall out so I guess I can live with that.

I bought this inside a Beat Buy store and when I got home, it was obvious to me that the case had been used previously. Since I was going on a long trip the next day, I didn't have time to return/exchange it... so I just lived with it. Used products shoudl NEVER be put back on the shelves and sold as new.
