Our apologies about any miscommunication regarding replacement cases! We're happy to warranty any of our products that are damaged on the front line as they protect your phone. Should a product break or wear down, we'll willingly see if we can send out a replacement for it. Although the Galaxy S7 Edge can only be warrantied as a whole case, we think it's still a good deal to have back-up parts, as long as you also receive the piece you need. I purchased the OtterBox - Defender for less than the original case and know that it will last as long as the phone does. I love Otterbox, thanks for making a great product!

Kind of a pain to open up at first but review the instructions beforehand or find a Youtube video, it definitely helps. I don't use the holster as much but do keep it on my back pack just in case my pockets are full.
