For that reason, I returned the case, because even if it protects your phone, it has to be practical and not being able to push anything on the phone, isn't very practical.

We agree, it's not very practical to have a protected phone if you can't use it! Sounds like there was a little extra gap between your screen protector and the Samsung touchscreen. That's not the usual experience, and we apologize.
