This one piece otter box does not appear to offer much protection for this phone. I could see paying maybe 10.00, but not 50.00

Posted .Sorry to hear you're not loving your new Symmetry Series case. It actually doesn't cover the display of the Galaxy S20+ 5G, so it shouldn't interfere with any fingerprint/biometric scanning. Do you have some type of screen protector in use? As far as those side control buttons, they should definitely ease up with use over time, but if you feel like it's just not getting there, feel free to ping us and we'll be glad to help get you set up with a brand-new warranty replacement in hopes of a better tactile experience sooner rather than later! https://www.otterbox.com/en-us/warranty-claim
