    I’ve had my ring for about 3 weeks now and I am loving it. It’s still getting use to some of my habits but for the most part it’s been tracking great! I love that it senses your body needs rest or that it’s fighting something and is so accurate on sleep etc. I’m hoping this will help me with my health in 2026! I would definitely buy again!

    Love this ring! It’s beautiful for starters. It tracks literally everything you need to track. I wanted it mainly for the sleep data because Apple won’t fix their Apple Watch battery where you don’t have to charge it every night. The battery on this ring lasts for days.
