So much lighter and feels more like a regular ring on my finger. Not bulky feeling. You would think this is a typical normal band versus knowing but the largeness that it’s smart ring. I used the trade in program to get rid of the Oura 4 for this. Sadly I have king had the 4 for a year and planned longer but to have it look like ordinary ring. Less bulk. Huge win.

I had an Oura Ring 4. The smaller size of the Oura Ring 5 makes it much more wearable. You can do more with your hands without realizing you have a ring on. The battery life is definitely better. A very good upgrade.

It got thinner and more expensive. I would be fine with the latter, but unfortunately even 40% thinner, it is still far thicker than regular men rings. Maybe next time. It definitely can work for people with larger hands or longer fingers, but not for me, unfortunately
