It was easy to connect and very easy to use. The phone and answering machine both work well.

Phone works fine. The spoken caller id with a little better than the Panasonic phones we got almost a decade ago but is still often hard to understand. Not only is the caller id info often gibberish or acronyms — not the phones fault — but the pronuncable words are often mispronounced. . However the voice quality and dialing casket list functionality are fine.

I've been happy with the Panasonic purchase. The set-up is easy for the digital answering machine portion. The displays are clear and the voice announcing who is calling is clear, as well. The handsets are not bulky and easy to handle with easy volume controls on the side you can toggle with your thumb while talking. The system is expandable, too, so if you need more than the three provided in the box you can purchase more. I would buy again!

I've always like Panasonic for my landline phone but I'm not sold on this model. The battery life is short! My VTech phone could sit on the coffee table for a couple of days and be fine. This one needs to be in the cradle every night or I'm woken up by "low battery, low battery". Answering machine features are pretty good but sound quality not so much.

These phones are beautiful but, I have a few issues. The way the buttons are placed on the receiver is not efficient. If you don't watch it, you could hang up on someone. AND the volume on the speakerphone on each handset is weak. Not very loud. They're okay but, would not buy again.

I like the phone. I’m not sure if it was the phone or my ATT service. But I could not get a dial tone after having them for about 2 months. I could call out but could not receive calls. I unplugged all phones and it worked.
Hi Robert! Thank you for the fantastic review! We're delighted to hear the telephone was exactly what you needed and that the process was quick and easy. We appreciate your recommendation! - S

I'm having a hard time creating a "phonebook". How can I anticipate what company I might do business with and enter their number? Or a friend I haven't been in touch with lately? I think the caller is asked to enter one and the call will come through. Caller ID seems to decide which calls to block and if I haven't entered their number the call is not completed. Am I missing something here?
