My only complaint would be that the mute button is not in a great location on the handset. If you have it pressed too close to your ear or have it on your shoulder it’s so easy to mistakenly hit the “mute” button.

Tried to buy new rechargeable batteries at local Best Buy, they do not carry any replacement batteries. Really??!!

I got a new one because previous 5 handset was not holding charge. These have to return to charger every night for some reason

They work very well and set up isn't hard but I can't find how to listen to message while it records. Maybe missing something or it's not an option.

The feature that allows you to listen to messages while they are recorded is only available for the messages left on the built-in answering system of the phone. You can activate the feature by pressing MENU # 310 and choosing the ON option. These steps will have to be performed for each cordless phone. -G
