These original bulbs are still the best smart bulbs if you can find them. I’ve tried other brands of smart bulbs but none compare with these. The hue bulbs last longer, have better color, and are way easier to program and control via smart assistant than others too.

Great product! Love having these throughout the house as it makes everything much easier and makes me feel safer being able to control the lights at home while I am out of town. They tie in perfectly with Alexa and controlling them is a breeze. I really like the warm white light. Would definitely buy again!

Excellent value. Bought these to add lights to be controlled using the Hue system. Love being able to turn lights on and off without even being in the room. Works well with our Alexa system and App. Awesome to pull into driveway and turn lights on from the car. Great safety feature.

4 soft white light bulbs that you can vary between a yellow-white and a blue-white. Good value for the 4 bulbs. Philips hue hub sold separate. I like how I can turn on and off lights with the app away from home (I like to turn a light on for my cat if it's dark). You can also program wake, sleep, and other custom routines. I use a soft white light in a wake routine to simulate a sun rise and honestly thats my favorite part about specifically the soft white bulbs.

My homes are totally smart so I have a lot of experience in programming the apps. These bulbs are expensive, but they are completely reliable. They never go down. If your internet is down, the bulbs still work and you don't have to re-program them when the internet or electricity comes back on.

I bought these Phillips Hue LED light bulbs to be used over the mirror in my guest bathroom. I already had one of these type bulbs in the ceiling light fixure in the same room. I also have a Phillips Hue motion senor in the room as well. Installation was easy. When I enter that bathroom, the motion senor senses me and turns on the lights. For that bathroom, I don't have the lights come on at their highest brightness. They come on at a more medium setting. If I come into that bathroom after 10 PM, the lights come on at a lower setting being my eyes are accustomed to lower lighting after 10 at night. After 5 AM in the morning, the lights return to the medium setting when I enter thhe bathroom. It works quite nicely. A few days laterI bought another set of these lights for my master bathroom. I installed them, but instead of using the medium setting for when they are turned on during the day, I used the higher setting so that I can see better, especially when shaving. All in all, I am very pleased with my new Phillips Hue bulbs.

Added these lights to my Hue network to replace the bulbs I've used outside my front door and around the garage. The Hue app is great given I'm able to set these lights to a schedule to come on at night and off in the morning. Set up was super easy.

    “It’s fun, but...”

Super fun to use, coming from somebody who wants as few “smart” devices in the house as possible. Some things nobody tells you though: 1- you don’t NEED a hub/bridge to use them. They work fine with the Phillips Hue Bluetooth app alone. This app only seems to work with one device at a time despite requiring you to sign in. The Hue app does not support “rooms” or voice assistants by itself, so you either need to control each bulb individually or all at once via the Hue app. You can’t turn off kitchen and bedroom separately, for example. But it does support dimming and on/off functions. 2- it works with Google Nest and Amazon Echo speaker/show devices without a Phillips bridge. You can use these smart speakers to create rooms where you can then control specific groups of bulbs “hey google, set bedroom lights to 50 percent” or “—turn off kitchen lights”. Keep in mind, even with Alexa app and Google Home apps, you still need a smart speaker to pair with the bulbs. 3- the only way to use any bulb with Siri and Apple HomeKit is to buy a Phillips bridge. They do not connect directly. Your Apple device communicates with the bridge, and then the bridge communicates with the bulbs. Again, you can use the Hue BT app on an iPhone/iPad and it works, you just can’t tell Siri to dim the lights. 4- adding a bridge to any set will add support for up to 50 bulbs at once, the Hue Bluetooth app supports up to 10 by itself.

Works great with the alexa echo show. do not need a separate hub for them to work if you have the echo show which has a built in hub. The only issue is, is you leave and your electricity gets shut off for any reason, when you get home all of your lights will be on full force. Not recommending you leave the switches turned on when going on vacation or going to be gone a long time. I like that you can tell Alexa to turn lights down to a lower percentage or turn them up to 100%. They will also definitely save money on your electricity bill. Not sure if they will last as long as they say and the over all cost of the bulbs are high. Not sure if you will save the difference in electricity until a year goes by. Have not noticed a change in our electric bills either since we changed the existing bulbs to smart bulbs on the main lights we use regularly. Very easy to sync. You also have to re-psync them if your electricity goes off for a period of time.

Phillip's hue lights are the best and easiest smart lights to set up. All the other brands have there cons but Phillips hues lights are mainly all good. Set up is easy and works every time. Colors and scenes are great plus u can make your own scnes. This bundle was a great deal!

We have smart lights through out our home and love the app that lets us program them all. Most of our smart lights are Hue and we are very happy. Good quality, good white color. We use these for our porch and backyard lights. One thing--they are expensive.

Those worked better than the colored ones in our living room and I saved like $220 when you factor all 6. The colored and the ambiance versions shine around in the canned light and look fairly weird. The white one was focused and the color temperature was just right and even better than I could ever achieve with the colored version and because the color was focused and not lost inside the canned, they can produce more lumens shining down. I now set them at 50% brightness vs the 100% brightness i had to use with the color. They don't get as hot and I imagine they use half the electricity. Don't hesitate. Definitely the most bang for your buck!

The Phillips ecosystem is really great. I totally underestimated how much fun color lighting can be. Works with Google Home and Apple Homekit perfectly. Its really great to have automatic dimmers setup in the Kitchen and sunrise/sunset timers.
