This is a slick little device, connected via Bluetooth and driven by software on your phone. Creating a fixed-size label is easy and there are many formatting options. Once the label comes out, it looks terrific and seems completely protected (with a clear layer on top) from moisture or stains. My only complaint is that I've found it difficult to format "long" labels on continuous label tape. I think the label on screen should automatically expand as you type a long block of text, but as far as I can tell you have to do an elaborate manual text-block expansion using fiddly little text-block handles which take forever to resize to the right. So one star comes off for that, at least until their tech support can explain a better technique for this formatting.
