My Porsche is now up to date with USB, Bluetooth and Apple Carplay…Time to take a trip and weekend drives…Sounds Fantastic and retractable screen is nice and easily controlled by touch…

Amazing unit for people that don’t have room for a double din stereo, or simply don’t want to destroy the dash to put one in. Love my 2006 BMW 325i, it just needed to be current with technology, and this stereo completed my wish! Some people might complain about the screen, but we have a couple of 2015 cars that have the same type of screen. If you want an “IPad touch feel” than this is not for you as those are twice the price! If you just want a screen that can go in when you want or out, then get this radio! Apple car play and Bluetooth work amazing! I don’t mind plugging in the wired connection as anything is better than what I had before. I am so excited to have Sirius XM as before I had the portable XM radio with all types of wires all over my car and now with the module connection to the back of this radio I have no wires on my dash! I often find myself excuses just to drive around now, I love it!!

This radio had everything I was looking for: Bluetooth, USB port for charging and Apple Car Play function. Everything else is just a bonus. It has hands free calling, reads your text message, you can verbally reply to the text message and say"Send" and it'll send it. Yes, I know it has a DVD player/CD player but I wasn't interested in those features since this was a gift and the person using this radio doesn't listen to CD's and I was uncomfortable splicing into the parking brake to have the DVD feature to work when the car is parked. If you don't want to modify your dash, or a double DIN radio just doesn't fit but you want modern features, this is the solution. The car that I installed it in looks like it always belonged in there.

Great for a single DIN CarPlay unit. I have this wired with a backup camera in my 99 Viper and it works great. Big benefit for this model are separate controls for the volume and previous/next song. I previously installed a floating Boss unit and it was only touchscreen and way too bright at night. The flip out is also very cool. CarPlay works flawlessly. The only downsides are that in direct sun(in a convertible) the screen is difficult to make out, but majority of people won't have an issue. The other is that it's $700. There are many many other options for cheaper, so I can only hope the price is due to very robust flip out system that won't fail.

I really love this stereo, and the install process was amazing. My only complaint is that my newer Samsung Galaxy Ultra will not connect to the Android Auto so i cannot use the gps function. The Bluetooth connection does work, so i can hear directions...but cannot get the screen visuals.

Awesome purchase it has everything you can want in your audio system..The equalizer the clearness the touch screen.. I would definitely advise anyone looking to get one...

Excellent choice for single din if you want to add Apple CarPlay and a backup camera to your ride.

Worth the price and like all the features it has, definitely recommend this stereo.

This receiver is exceptional. The multi layered functionality provides excellent control in unit settings as well as app utility. As an older user, I needed something large enough that I could see and worked synonymously with my phone. Sound quality is superb. Installation into my old 1997 Audi A4 was a breeze for a novice installer (me)! I am thoroughly happy with my decision to buy this product.

I have thev upgraded speakers for my Wrangler and the factory head unit is junk. I didn't want a double din unit but I did want a screen to use. In comes this Pioneer Unit. It comes with everything I want and then some. The unit gives me enough power to make the speakers sound upgraded. It has Apple Car Play and Android Auto. If I am listening thru Bluetooth and I turn the Jeep off and get back in later, it is still on Bluetooth. The only issue I have had is Android Auto cutting out after listening to Amazon after a couple of minutes but that might be a setting in the phone. News at 11. Overall, I am very impressed and happy with this purchase.

I bought this to upgrade the CD player/radio in my 2006 Scion xB. I love the standup screen which sits high on the dash. My problem thus far is trying to do the firmware update, which has required four calls to tech support without success. The Pioneer avh update file requires a USB drive formatted in the obsolescent FAT32 format, and even after formatting two new USB drives the update still will not load. The CD player, radio and bluetooth functions seem to work well without the update so I'll just leave it as is. BestBuy also installed a backup camera to be used with this and it works fine.

So far so good.. it greatly improved the sound quality, even without new speakers.. easily connects to Android auto and Bluetooth. I had a back up camera also put in and the picture and use is to notch. I'd give it 5 stars except I live in Minnesota.. and if my vehicle is out in sub-zero weather for a few hours, the screen won't open until the vehicle warms up lol.. that's what I get for living in a freezer.. also.. the team of installers at Best Buy Maple Grove are the best..

Sounds great /love the back up camera. Easy to operate

Totally thrilled with the actual stereo. It is the only single DIN that does everything Pros: all the choices that are available on my 2DIN pioneer but with great touchscreen performance Fits my Fiat 500 perfectly. CON: Price is ridiculous so only gets 4 stars. Best Buy includes free installation but installation center refused to install on my Fiat. I had to go to a professional shop to have it done. Extra $$ spent when not in my budget. Bait and switch ???
