I have tried a few headsets over the past few years and always come back to the Voyager by Plantronics. It has an easy fit (I sometimes even forget it is in my ear!), sounds great & holds a charge. I always recommend it when asked which one to buy...

I have many blue tooth ear pieces including one made by Plantronics going as far back as 2006. This is the best blue tooth device that I have ever owned. It has features that I did not know were available. I have not had a single person ask if I was on a blue tooth or that they had a difficult time hearing or understanding me. It is light weight and comfortable.

I have purchased three previous Bluetooth headsets. While they worked, they did not work well. People on the other end of the phone conversation were always complaining about background noise and poor audio quality. Not with this one. Everyone is surprised to find out I am speaking via Bluetooth, and they thought I was speaking on a landline phone.

I recently purchased this Plantronics Voyager Legend Blue-tooth headset phone extension. (You should know I'm not a first-time user of phone extensions.) I've been using it for 5 weeks now and I'm totally frustrated with it. My real regret is that after I bought it I did not use it for a spell. By the time I realized I was not happy with it, it was basically a loss of around a hundred bucks because it was past the 15 days return policy at Best Buy. Once in a while the hands off dialing actually works, but that was the whole reason I bought it in the first place. You're supposed to press the call button for 2 seconds and wait for the voice prompt to activate and then tell the phone to dial a the name of a stored contact or give it a direct number to dial. Most of the time after pressing the call button for 2 seconds it does nothing at all. Sometimes it prompts you for a command and then does nothing. Every now and then it works the way they say it will. The audio quality is pretty good and for incoming calls it's very good announcing the call, who it is and if I want to accept it or decline (except most of the time I have to repeat my command to accept or decline). It also announces the battery time remaining and maxes out at 7 hours talk time (but I seriously doubt it would last more than 2 or 3 hours tops in a straight conversation). It charges in about 90 minutes, the charging cable for it is pretty cool attaching to it magnetically. The mute feature works well and you get a voice prompt telling you whether it is muted or not. By double tapping the call button you can callback your last call and that works well. It's universal as far as left or right ear and pretty comfortable for a few hours until you have to switch it over to the other ear. There are a few other features that I really have not had a need for like putting it on your ear to answer a call (it senses when it's on or off your ear) or taking it off your ear to end a call.

I love the way it can connect to two phone at the same time.

I got this headset as a gift and I wont use any other. It is comfortable to wear all day, has great battery life, and is nice and loud. It tells you who is calling and you can respond by saying "answer" or "ignore" which is a,nice hands free feature. Charging is a bit annoying as the device doesnt take a standard charger and the included cord is really short. However, there is a case available that can be plugged in to a standard Android charger. The case even had a battery that recharges the headset while you are on the go.

this is by far the best bluetooth headset i have ever owned. i will never got back to jawbone i am done with them as a company. this thing is so clear and comfortable i have forgotten i have had it on. i use this every day and no problems yet the only thing i don't like is the charger should have just made it a micro usb but maybe the next gen will

Bought this as an exchange for the Motorola Sliver II and have really enjoyed it thus far. Sound quality is great, noise cancelling plus, sensors are awesome for when you listen to your music then put it down and stops playing till you put it back on, and the volume goes way above the Sliver. The charging time is very rapid and keeps a good charge for a good period of time even while listening to music continuously. Very lightweight and sometimes forget that its there if no sound is being produced from it. Great product for money, cheaper than the Sliver II, and definitely worth the investment. Would highly recommend it, already have, to anyone looking a good Bluetooth headset.

Very easy to use. I love that the power switch is an actual switch and not some button that you're not sure that you pushed or not. When switched on it speaks to you letting you know the hours you have available and what phone its connected to. Talk commands, clear sound and very comfortable fit (I've worn it for 4 hours straight with no discomfort). Battery life is 7 hours. Comes with wall charger and cable as well. And the best feature is is noise cancelation. It doesn't pick up wind or unwanted background noses so your conversation is always uninterrupted. Great item Could be priced a tad lower but in a happy customer!

Great sound, Nice tight fit, does not come off even with physical activity. Great source d with music. Callers can't tell I am speaking on a headset. Don't really like the boom mic but it is retractable and and nice feature to hide it when not using. Like the wrap around ear as this fit is secure and comfortable. Pairs great with 2 phones and easily goes back & forth between phones. Great features, answers phones automatically, ability to use voice comands and they work well. Battery works for about 5 hours with average use. Highly recommend this device even with the boom.

Works exactly how I expected it to work. Clear sound on both ends and very light weight. I drive a big rig and people can't tell if I'm driving down the highway or sitting in a quiet room. The only thing I would change Is tge charger. It really should have a standard micro USB instead of the magnetic thing it has. Fortunately you can get a case that it fits in that will charge it and has a micro USB

This a very good product. Excellent sound, good battery life, comfortable on the ear. It adapts to either ear by a simple turn of the ear bud. The one flaw, I was told it would recharge via a micro USB port. it uses its own unique charging base. I had to order extra adapters for my car and work. If not for this I would give it 5 stars.

This headset is comfortable and sounds great. The mute and call hook buttons are easy to get to. It is sensative to other nearby bluetooth devices though and does not have much range of use. Seems to work well no more than about 15 ft away.

This is my third Voyager Legend, I have lost one and replaced it plus purchased one for my wife. We both love the way the headset fits so snugly to the side of our faces...almost as if it were glued to our heads! The battery life is good and recharging takes little time. Call clarity is extremely clear and wind noise damping works great! At $100 a throw, these are not cheap but you get what you pay for! The only downsides to this unit has to do with the charging. The magnetic attachment point is a great idea however it does tend to fall away from the headset so be careful. Also, the charging cord is extremely short.

Love the simplicity, but even better, the quality of the sound I receive! My clients love it too! Frees up my hands and actually reduces the stress of holding a phone and trying to work. It's the only way & device for hands free communication. Even before many states have FINALLY implimented hands free communication, I have been a fan of this device. I have tried numerous brands & devices and this is it! My main pet peeve to going bluetooth is that in my career, I am very busy with paperwork primarily, and seconds add up. I need to be able to multitask working on submittals, reviewing specifications and keep working while talking to management at the same time. Also I would prefer to only talk hands free while driving and being able to concentrate my view on the actions of others that are driving around me. After all, have you ever notice others driving while holding a phone, their vision is obstructed and they end up in fender benders which cost more money in insurance. Plus another item we all have seen, they speed up as they talk, and slow down as they read. They are un-focused!!! Bluetooth helps eliminate a lot of this. Just stating the facts. Also by design, this will not come loose from your ear without you noticing. Great apps for this product that can tell you the last time you were connected to the phone.

Holds a charge for extended period of time. Clear clean sound with minimal/no noise interruptions. Downside is the charger - not the "standard" charger that fits most cell/phones - it is magnetic and easily disconnects from charging if you're not careful.

Simply the best Bluetooth headset I have owned in regards to comfort and clarity (and I have owned many). I looked at this on Amazon but was concerned with reviews of two different manufactured products, one with the Plantronics name on the device, and the other identical except for the Plantronics name. Apparent, the quality is significantly different. With Best Buy, I paid slightly more but I knew I was purchasing the real product. Best Buy's ship to store was very well designed and operated. I walked right up to the product pick up counter, they had the device there ready to go, showed identification, and was on my way. Not every chain gets this service right, so kudos to Best Buy for doing so. Would make this purchase again, no questions asked.
