Buyer Beware of pricing

I ordered this speaker as an open box item online. When I picked it up the price on the box was MUCH LESS. I was told I would get the adjustment but nothing was done. Now, I can't get anyone to pay attention to the mistake. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
