We are using this for a surround sound tv. The new receiver needed a different subwoofer set up than the one we had. This fit the bill with the right price, and rounds out the cinema sounds.

I was in need of a Sub as Mine after 7yrs of life had Died, the fact that IS was on Sale AND cheaper then what was on the Best Buy Website and the Bass was AMAZING.

I bought this thinking my klipsch sub stopped working. Once I realized it was still working i returned the polk. There was a big difference between the 2. If you have the money go with klipsch but on a tight budget polk will due.

I purchased this for my son-in-law to complete their surround sound system, he loves it.

I am running a Klipsch 5.2 sound system and already had a Klipsch sub hooked up. Bought this one on sale. It is an okay sub and adds some boom as a second subwoofer. But it does not not come ANYWHERE close to my original Klipsch subwoofer!

Its a great little subwoofer with a simple set up.This gave the setup in our bedroom the extra boost it needed. Its smaller compared to the Polk subwoofer we have in our family room.

Added to my Existing setup of Denon receiver, Polk front and center speakers, and Yamaha bookshelves for surround.

I thought it was overall good just didnt like the smell when you turn it a tad bit past half way. Smells like I fried the voice coils. I dont get why it's not like I put any power to it. It's the factory amp.

I really appreciate the professionalism and assistance of the Geek Squad in bringing my home system up to date.

I finally replaced the 10 year old 8 inch Yamaha sub I had from a HTIB system. The difference is night and day. This Polk sub puts out rich, deep bass. Couldn’t be happier.

Very nice Sub at an affordable price. I had a JBL-PB10 that I had used for almost 13 years. Finally it gave up and I decided to look around. Found this sub at an affordable price in best buy.

There's not much to choose from employee was not much help. Adapter was very hard to find it was not displayed where it should be

My old Sub died and didn't want to spend $500 for a new one so i picked this up works great with my system. Set was easy add the low end I was looking for to movies.

I upgraded my theater sound system and found my old subwoofer wouldn't work (wasn't an active amp type). This is much better than my prior 10", it is more than enough for my application

Was doing a upgrade to Atmos and wanted more punch then my Bose system had. Liked it so much I bought 2!

Just hooked up it today, 11/14. Sounds great for the space I"m using it for, very pleased. Teamed it up with Polk T50 towers front.

My system needed a second sub and believe this is a good choice. Doesnt hit near as hard as the 15" but it doesnt need too. Its solid and compact for its design.

Polk is always an outstanding value. This subwoofer does exactly what I expected from it. The speaker ins and outs are a big plus to me.

Wow, big improvement over my old subwoofer. My son is actually complaining that it's too much. I didn't even think "too much bass" was possible for someone his age!
