Great sub-woofer!

Lots of port noise with volume

Anything with a discrete sub channel (movies), the sub tends to have lots of port noise with any decent volume setting. I don't have it in a super large room, but am considering adding a second, identical subwoofer to get the sound output I desire without having to crank the gain on the sub, which results in the port noise.

Now my TV rocks!

Now the movies i watch reach out and slap me in the face! The rich sound quality is great and these look great in my livingroom. Rock on Polk Audio!

Good after two

I recently bought a Sony 5 ch HDMI home theater system with one of these subs. The system was is made for dual subs and was pushing too much power to the single sub causing distortion. This second sub evened out the power & now the quality is fantastic! When the levels are set just right, I hadn't had such good quality bass.

Little sub, lots of sound

The sound is high quality and it's not just meanless bass. It sounds like it there as part of the movie as clean bass. Great item

It's a keeper
