Performs better than expected. I bought this to replace a non powered model when I upgraded my receiver to 4k. When I watch movies, the windows in my house shake. Couldn't have asked for better quality for the price.

Excellent sub with great low end response. Owned my first one for about 6 years then bought a second for the man cave.

This was purchased the replace a whole 35 year old system including Klipsch kg4's. I hardly have the sub volume up at all and it fills my 12x16 room with easy and clarity.

Deep bass for shallow pockets with excellent build

Even at its limitation to reproduce the lower frequencies it sounds pretty good. I bought mine as an “open item” item. It sounds good and combined with My amplified insignia speakers it sounds great.

My sound was lacking that thump. Found a good buy on Black Friday. Volume is less than half way up. It works great.

I love the sound that comes from this sub. It's not super loud, but plenty for a movie. Took a couple days to break in a sound better, so if you are dissatisfied at first, give it a few days before returning it

Moved to in-wall speakers that just didn't have that oomph. Polk's subwoofer packs that bassy punch we were looking for.

This is my second one for a dual sub setup. Good clean bass response. Doesn’t dig as deep as others, but for the money ( especially the sale price, which is when I bought it ) its hard to beat.

Put this in one of our living areas and was very pleased with the sound that it produced for tv, movies, and music. The sound was way more than I was expecting for the money and very pleased with the purchase.

I love these speakers. I finally upgraded over some nearly 17 year old speakers I had that were great for the time. These sound richer, fuller, and more profound.
