    A nifty little add-on for your phone! Be aware of your placement...should be centered as the phone stands vertically, as near the edge as possible!

      Thank you for your review! We are sorry that your PopGrip does not broke so soon, and for the inconvenience, this may have caused you. Please note: PopSockets bases are engineered to be super sticky and most compatible with smooth, flat surfaces. PopSockets bases will not stick as well to silicone, highly textured, as many soft cases on the market. They also will not adhere as well to iPhone 11 and up models or the Samsung Z3 flip phone models without a suitable case.



      Not recommended to stick to leather or fabric/textile cases. Our super sticky gel may damage leather cases when trying to reposition or remove the base.

      The gel does not stick "as well" with naked iPhones. While it does stick adequately to a naked base model (and sometimes to Pro/Pro Max depending on circumstances), it will not stick "as well" as if you used a suitable case.

      If above does not apply the that should not happen and the item might be defective. Please return it to BestBuy or contact us at cs@popsockets.com. We'll be happy to assist.

    Very cute. Does what it’s there to do. My only complaint is that it doesn’t sit well in the pop socket phone holder I have in the car.
