This speaker is very portable. It is lightweight and sounds good. However, don't expect for thunder-like bass from this speaker. For voice and light music it is very good.

I bought this on the Black Friday sale and I must say, it really did surprise me. The speaker is very handy, the finish on the speaker is really good, that it does not give any room for slippage. What surprised me more is the loudness of Bluetooth speaker. It plays so loud that a decent home with three bedroom can hear it from anywhere. However, I would have to say, that the bass stands out a bit, which brings in some annoyance at times. The size of the speaker is its another plus point, which fits into any bag or a small carry on, which makes it highly portable to carry around, be it to a beach, place it on car's dashboard, play it loud in garage. I would highly recommend this product as it can be a good gift among tech.

This speaker looks pretty premium and has a small form factor. The sound is decent. Don't expect thumping bass or crystal clear treble. The volume is loud enough for a small room and setup and use of it is a breeze.

For a little speaker, this thing is amazing! I am buying another one for my office! It is a little heavy compared to other bluetooth speakers, but it still has the portability to be amazing. It's perfect for small spaces.

This is my first Bluetooth speaker, bought it on Black Friday for $9.99! I know Insignia is Best Buy's cheap store brand, so I wasn't expecting it to be that great, but I was wrong. The sound is incredible for such a little speaker. Obviously the bass isn't gonna be anything special for such small drivers, but it does have a little passive radiator that adds a bit more punch to the music. It's a significant improvement to say laptop speakers or other mobile device. I use it for watching movies on my tablet while out camping and stuff or playing music on the beach and it's pretty perfect. Obviously I'd love to have a slightly bigger unit with deeper bass and bigger battery for longer play time, but hey for the money this absolutely cannot be beat.

This speaker is perfect for my classroom. It's loud (not a lot of bass) and very portable. The bluetooth connected easily to my ipod. At the price I paid I am getting more than what I bargained for.

This bluetooth unit isn't bad by any means. I love the fact that the sound is decent for the size of the speaker. It connects when the device is on. I also like how there isn't any rumbling/buzz distortion from the sound when playing music from a good sound level. Its a grab and go portable solution. With that said, I do wish you could pair multiple devices to it at a time. Having a house full of electronics makes it a pain when I have to disconnect from one device and connect to another. Overall, I bought this from a Bestbuy daily deal and it is an ok device for the price that I paid for it.

It's a good Bluetooth speaker for anyone who doesn't care much about the bass. Connectivity is simple and fast. And the battery life is surprisingly really good. Sound quality is decent and it's fully worth $20

I give it 5 stars based on the price, the quality, features, and sound. If you’re looking for a speaker that sounds like you paid $150; then go spend $150. But if you’re looking for a dang good speaker that sounds great and packs in the features on a budget; this is it! Connects quick and easy to my iPhone 8. I even tried it out to make a phone call and it worked great; although I’ll probably never use that feature. I wish it was just a touch smaller; but then it may sacrifice some of the great sound this thing puts out. Very loud, nice treble, bass is sufficient, not great. Charge seems to last a while so far. Will be great in the summertime when I’m jamming out to Slayer planting pansies in the flower garden!!

This bluetooth speaker is easy to connect and delivers good quality and power in a small package. The charge lasts a reasonably long time, also. No complaints and a great value for the price.

The speaker is really good at the price you get. It connects to your iphone or laptop or any bluetooth device and gives a good quality sound. Though it doesnt have heavy bass nor trebile but its good at its price.

I read a number of reviews before buying this but with the consensus positive, I decided to give it a try. I was looking for a small speaker to put on my desk for listening to music while working (instead of using the built-in PC speaker). It actually is a very nice speaker for the price point ... As others said, limited base and it will not sound like an expensive speaker but far better than the PC speaker. It easily paired but I initially had difficulty directing the sound thru it rather than the PC. If anyone has that issue, you need to go to the control panel, hardware and sound, manage audio devices ... set the BT speaker as the default and it should work then. Maybe this helps someone. Anyway ... Happy I purchased this.

I love listening to audiobooks while working out and this speaker is very convenient, portable and has good sound quality along with lasting charge. The purple color is easy to see, so its easy not to forget.

I really love this speaker. Paid $9.99 and sound is great and loud! Just what i expected from Insignia brand. It holds battery very well and its easy to pair with any devices. Did i say i paid $9.99 for it? :)

This speaker is a solid hit for Insignia. Over delivers on performance for its size and would highly recommend for price, size as a mini soundbar for your tablet/Phone and speakerphone for the office.

These are great portable speakers for the price. Sync to my phone easily and holds a charge after many hours. Clear sound but don't expect audiophile quality at this price point. Great buy for price

Surprised how great this sounds for $10. Sure, you can't compare it to the speaker brand that begins with B, but it's a huge improvement in audio over the speakers built into your cell phone. They can make a bad audio cell phone sound much better. Appreciate the fact it has a speaker phone icon, so if someone calls while I'm doing something, I can hit the button on the speaker to take the call. It does have a considerable amount of weight to it, but not heavy. Make sure you buy a longer cable and wall charger to charge it if you don't already have one. The included cable is rather small. Also, if you don't have BlueTooth, no problem, connect your device through the line in input in the back.
