I'm writing this review for others to be aware of the lack of cooperation from the company Costway when their products break down. My washing machine is almost 2 months old since purchase and it broke down on its own with water leaking from the bottom, forming a pool in my bathroom floor. My mistake was not including insurance when purchasing the item from BestBuy. When given the company's number for their 1 year warrenty policy, they refuse to send a technician to fix my machine, requesting I figure it out on my own even though I do know anything about mechanics or parts, and refuses to exchange it for a new one when it broke down about 1 month from buying. ALWAYS purchase insurance and I would stay away from this company if I were you since they do not honor their policy of "100 satisfaction" and the "1 year warranty" that they supposedly claim to have when buying this product.

Light but durable and strong. I could even wash blankets and curtains if they fit. Installed it myself.

This portable washer cleans your clothes very well. It also has way more space than you would expect. I'm glad we purchased it.

The washer machine is super quiet once the cycle is going. It does sing a little song on start up and end of cycle which is nice to know the machine is starting or ending. I will warn that you need to ensure the drain hose is secured tight and properly or you will end up with a mini pond in your home.

This Portable M works well, fits into my tiny space and doesn't produce noise, spins well, clothes is as good as dry and it's pretty easy to set up. Had to get a roller to be able to move it around though.

This little washer is awesome it really does the job of cleaning your clothes love it it’s compact and so convient

This washer worked well for what it is. It can only handle pretty small loads, so that clothes can move freely enough to get clean. The unit I received smelled like motor oil, and when in use, the smell was overpowering.

It works really well and holds almost as much laundry as a full washing machine and it’s very easy to set up. I love it!

When i got it the box was wet like it had been used i also don't like the fact that you might have to buy an adapter to fit the washer so it can fit your sink it's not guaranteed that it will work with your sink and the most you can wash is about 6 items if shirts and 3 if jeans

Soon as i got it delivered i started washing clothes and it’s perfect
