PRO: - The set up is easy, but you should probably have a 2nd person just to hold a couple of things as you assemble it. - It's very quiet, which is very nice! - It folds to a nice size, so you don't have to leave it extended out. - Smooth glide of the seat - Display is adjustable, which makes it easy to use. - Foot size adjustment for different feet - Foot strap is simple and easy CON: - They clearly want you to subscribe to the iFit workout app. The machine is locked until you register for the "free 30 day" trial. You can cancel it soon after, but it's locked until you do. (I'm sure there's a work around somewhere) - They state there are 20 pre-loaded workouts. However nobody knows what they are or what they do. I talked at length with ProForm and they can't find it anywhere. Again, clearly pushing for an ifit subscription. - Users/owners manual is very limited with information. Forcing you to connect with the company to troubleshoot most everything. - Using the onboard settings is not the clearest, even using the manual. - The foot adjustment is a little clunky and I can see it wearing out quickly over time if it gets adjusted regularly. Summary: It's a very nice machine, that is quiet and can be stored. But there are several things that are frustrating and confusing, if you do not use their subscription based ifit workout app.

Very sturdy and high quality materials. It is very silent as well. The fact that it folds up and has wheels makes it possible to put away or move around the apt however it's not very easy due to it's size and weight. My main complaints are: 1) the seat roller is quite frictionless - I can see the wheels wearing down since it's plastic and leaves a streak on the beam. 2) the tablet holder will press any protruding buttons on your tablet so that means random volume changes or worse turning the tablet off. 3) the digital display shows only 1 metric at a time - you have to wait for it to cycle through all the metrics.

Great value-- considering price and quality. Very easy to assemble, smooth and quiet operation. It is long as all rowers are but it is narrow can easily fit along a wall. I am still acclimating to the ifit app but it does integrate well to the rower. Overall, happy with the purchase.

I love this rowing machine! It was a third of the price of the one my sis-in-law bought and it has all the same features! It even came with a year of iFit for FREE! It's quiet and smooth. It folds up nicely and tucks away when not in use. It has saved my sanity during the quarantine!

Wonderful rowing tool. Can’t say that Ifit service has helped at all. It won’t link and took them 90 days to respond in email…saying they were overly busy from holidays last year. So Christmas 2021 to now the Ifit subscription has never worked and communicated with them a set up, at their convenience.

The only reason I gave this rower 4 stars is the lack of onboard screen. there is another rower on bestbuy.com for $900 offering a 10" screen (proform website has it for 1400) but the least expensive option allows you to Bluetooth a preferable mobile device and link your iFIT account. If you dont have an iFIT account you can use the onboard touchscreen to adjust resistance. you can still Bluetooth and listen to music also but the speaker isnt that great, better to use headphones or earbuds. Overall, easy to put together, two people make it even easier and operation is excellent. had this 4 months and no issues.

I am very impressed. I looked at the water rowers, you have to add water to increase resistance. Also some reviews mention the water will leak. This has the magnetic resistance wheel, and does a great job. Most impressive is the digital screen with feedback on your work out. This is a long machine, and you will need room for that. Folding it up is difficult, so if you think you will fold it up everyday to store, that is a negative. Plan on having it open everyday. Now, experience. This is the one. The software is well done, and best screen for feed back. Solid work out, and easy to put together out of the box.

The machine is great, works well, easy to install. The only issue we ran j to is the the screen is locked, you have to register it first, enter the code provided to unlock for workouts. Then the code we were provided with the package was invalid. After dealing with customer support we finally got it unlocked.

I love this rower! It was easy to set up, easy to store. It's very quiet too. I have been using iFit, I have rowed Portugal, Montana and other beautiful lakes. My instructors are Olympic gold medalists, but I am using their beginner sets. They change the settings, they show the correct process and they share interesting stories. Great product

Solid build quality, except for the seat and wheels which seem kind of plasticy. However, it is on the cheaper side for a rower (MSRP says "$1100" but it's always on sale for $500-600) so that's kind of expected. Maximum occupant weight of 250 pounds is kind of low. You DO NOT NEED AN IFIT MEMBERSHIP! There is a sticker on the front that says you need to activate a membership or the rower will break. This is a lie, the manual even tells you how to bypass it. Super disappointed in the pushy way they're trying to drive membership signups, but at least you can just avoid it. It is a magnetic resistance rower, so it doesn't fight you harder when you go faster, you have to manually change the resistance or use one of the automated programs that turns it up and down.

Packaged well, generally easy to assemble, easy to move around, works well with iFit coaching app on an iPad. Developed a noise in the resistance housing after 3 or 4 uses. The problem was with a loose plastic part inside the magnetic resistance housing that I was able to identify by removing 15 or so screws and opening the protective cover and the piece fell out...noise stopped. Otherwise the equipment functions very well, wife loves it, good value.

Purchased for my wife who has a hip injury and she loves this rower. Easy to use with either ifit or on manual mode. And what a great price, thanks Best Buy.

After a month of use, we have really enjoyed this machine. Quality is comparable to the very popular brand of tower I use at the gym, very easy to set up and use, noiseless and smooth during exercises. I've also really enjoyed used iFit!

So far, so good. I have enjoyed the rower and getting it on sale was a plus. It pairs well with my Samsung Galaxy phone so I can use the iFit app. LOVE LOVE LOVE iFit. The rower is very quiet. Was easy to put together and fold nicely.

Great machine! Works very well, syncs up with iFit seamlessly and is a very good price! Folding it up and rolling it around are both quite easy. I would highly recommend this rower.
