Assembly took awhile, and the directions were a bit confusing at points, but when you have it all set up it works great. If you’re worried about the ifit subscription, don’t be, all you have to do is hold the ifit button for 20 seconds after you first plug it on and it completely bypasses it.

I really enjoy this elliptical. It is smooth and easy to use. I don’t know about the set-up because I have Total Tech support so set-up was free. I would advise to pay for set-up because it is extremely heavy!

I really liked the old version of this elliptical. It broke, so I had to order this one. Since day one, the speaker shorts out and is loud. It also makes noise when in use. It doesn't have a fan on it like the old one. It is heavier and harder to move than the old one. The water bottle holder is very low on the machine and it has no holders for a phone or other small items.

This is a good smooth machine. I had a Best Buy Geek deliver and set it up, and glad to have him do it. There were a lot of parts and he had all the necessary tools to build it solid. I don’t have any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. I do have it on a mat so maybe that helps. I was also impressed that the Geek was willing to travel quite a distance after a winter snow storm and stuck in heavy traffic. His partner got sick so he deserves double pay for the day. As far as iFIT, I am happy the machine works without it. After playing around with it for a few days, I canceled the trial membership. Who wants to listen to a trainer yacking the entire workout? I assembled my own workout music and listen to my body. I can easily adjust the tension depending on how fast the music is and much I want to sweat. I don’t use the built in workouts either, but I guess if I get bored I will try those.

Good compact equipment for indoor fitness. Recommended.

It is a well designed and built Elliptical and works very well. Except for the annoying squeak we get when using it. We had it professionally assembled by the Geek Squad which did a great job and did it very fast. The squeak started about 3 days after the delivery/assembly.

I received the machine from BestBuy last week. Spent about 3 hours installing it did everything as instructed and right from start the machine wont stop squeaking. Looks like the squeaking is coming from front wheel and the machine is very shaky. Now it won't stop squeaking and shaking, what a disappointment! I have reached out to ProForm and have not received any response

The instructions must be thoroughly read before assembly. The lowest level of resistance is still pretty hard.

Took me a few hours to assemble. Definitely need your own tools and a rubber mallet. So far seems sturdy after a few workouts.

Easy to assemble and use. Gives a great work out. Very sturdy machine. Lots of resistance levels and the electronic controls provide lots of information.

This product is squeaky. It also moves when I workout. I’m 250 lbs. I’ve leveled it several times. The size is nice though and functions.

It clearly states Experience indoor workout studio in your home with the included one-year, full-access membership to iFIT.*. I didn't receive anything from Best Buy about the free year. I may have to return this device because I dint know it would be locked unless I pay $39 a month for a membership. That is not right.

Works good but has some downsides too. The sensor that is to show the correct calories and distance etc...slips to far away from the magnet and gives crazy numbers. You have manually fix this by removing wheel covers and finding the sensor then adjusting it and replace the cover. There should be a better way for this not to happen.

$499 is good deal, compared to $799 at proform.com and with a fast delivery I brought this elliptical after my PROFORM 790E (PFEL07909) broke down after 12 years great service. I see this has a bit of jump during ride instead of elliptical and not as stable as compared to 790E and also it's a downgrade for me from powered inclination to manual incline. But with SMR, it has zero noise.

Husband set it up in about 2 hours. Works well but makes some noise.

I like this elliptical machine alot. The preset programs really challenge you. The ifit feature is amazing. The build and quality of the machine exceeded my expectations. The assembly was not difficult. Best Buy also price matched allowing me the option of buying at no interest for 18 months. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Decent product for the price; assembly made easy with the video step by step directions. Not sure if the overall performance yet since we recently put it together. I did have to google how to turn it on, the Ifit programming makes it seems difficult. Don’t waste your time calling customer service just google how to turn on the model.

I love this product. I like how ifit connects to it to your phone so all your stats are recorded.

Great product!! Took me about 4 hours to assemble and totally worth it! I run 8 miles a day now

This machine is super quiet and easy to use. I can workout while other family members are still sleeping without disturbing them.
