Quick to fail/ no support from iFit

It took them 2 months to repair the issue because the tech kept skipping scheduled appointments. The repair failed after 60 days but iFit only will warranty the work for 30 days. Now I must pay out of pocket and hope it won’t fail in another 30 days. My advice to you- Find a better company than iFit. This machine is not good for longer than a year.

Not me but it’s the healthy thing to do. This elliptical is helping me to accomplish that goal. It’s a great machine that I can use everyday and it’s worth the price.

Have had more success with Pro Cell equipment in the past. Purchased Pro Cell stationary bicycles that last 10+ years before they finally are replaced. Unfortunately this unit hasn’t lived up to those high quality expectations even with manufacturer’s recommended usage. Frame is sturdy, but moving parts are not holding up from 30 minute a day usage. Equipment was delivered approximately 30 days ago. Not sure this elliptical machine lasts 6 months.

The machine is very quiet, heavy and not for the entry-level. Free shipping is a great bonus

Yet despite the price, the machine offers many qualities that you might expect from a more expensive elliptical. Over all very good elliptical.

Putting it together the day before Thanksgiving so I can enjoy my 5 days off of work working out just to notice that one of the arms was missing bearings. 7 to 10 days projected to receive missing parts from ProForm. Bummer.

Easy for my husband and I to assemble. The only thing I wish it had with the iFit capabilities was an incline that was automatically adjusted not just the resistance.
