Quality isn't outstanding, mainly focusing on the silver band that twists to turn the power on and off, but fits the price point. Would like some more power, but in the spirit of full-disclosure, I did not use fresh batteries, so that could have an impact on it. Overall, it did improve the look and feel of my feet, so it seems to do the trick for minor touch ups. However, if you're looking for an intense spa-like rejuvenation, this is not your go-to.
