Nice concept but I question the longevity of the ring. I have had it for three weeks and wear it every day. Just with normal wearing the ring is no longer round but it has become a little oblong. I’ll be 70 years old this year so I’m not engaged in work that would cause the ring to no longer be round.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This ring is cheaper than an Oura Ring and works just like it. The app does not have a subscription fee. It works perfectly fine and tells you everything you need to know.

Exactly as described. Performs well, definitely holds a good charge for multiple days I generally take it off when I shower and stick in charger never worry about it losing it charge. Only downside is it is a little thick men.
