I recently purchased the Razer Kiyo Pro from your store, and I wanted to share my experience with the product.
Firstly, I must commend your prompt shipping and excellent customer service. The item arrived securely packaged and in perfect condition, which reflects positively on your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
As for the Razer Kiyo Pro itself, I am thoroughly impressed. The camera's performance exceeds my expectations in every aspect. The image quality is outstanding, particularly in low-light conditions, thanks to the advanced adaptive light sensor technology. The 1080p resolution and HDR support ensure sharp, vibrant visuals, making it perfect for streaming, video conferencing, and content creation.
I appreciate the adjustable field of view and customizable settings, which provide flexibility for various setups and preferences. Additionally, the build quality feels sturdy and durable, reassuring me of its longevity.
While the price point may be higher compared to some other options on the market, the exceptional performance and versatility of the Razer Kiyo Pro justify the investment for anyone serious about high-quality video production.
Overall, I am delighted with my purchase and the service provided by your store. Thank you for offering such an excellent product and delivering a seamless shopping experience.
Peace out

HUGE camera with high picture quality in low light

The camera works well in low light, to provide good image quality. Its huge, about triple the size of the logitech c920 i replaced. The auto focus can be a bit hit or miss if you move around and the included cover is hard to use so I ended up printing a replacement cover with a swivel.

Overall a great starter camera for streaming. I could’ve shelled out the money for the next most expensive Razer camera but this one was on sale and the quality is much better than i expected (the use of my 12MP phone camera trying to show the quality of my beautiful laptop camera doesn’t help unfortunately but the kiyo pro is so clear) Comes with an installation program for a ring light which helps a lot cause i typically have my room lights off but still want people to see me. Was actually able to get a price adjustment on the product after the item had gone down in price a week after i bought it. Shout out to best buy for great buyer policies.

Above and beyond my expectations. Despite of the numerous negative reviews, I decided to buy it and try it myself to complete my Razer ecosystem. The decision ended up being wise and led to having great and amazing webcam. I have zero issues in terms of build and picture quality, the image is super crystal clear. Masterpiece!

I picked this up on sale as it appeared to be a pretty solid upgrade from my old Logitech 920, especially in dealing with challenging lighting situations. It really is an upgrade in dealing with lighting and also providing a smooth frame rate, but that is only when it works.
It will freeze up in the middle of zoom meetings and then I wont be able to turn it back on. I will get warnings that it is in use by another app. So I try my old 920, I am getting those warnings with it too. Solution is to go to task manager and find every Razer process that is running and kill them, then I can use my web cams again. Ok, not the end of the world I suppose but inconvenient. Well the camera also randomly gets some weird flickering artifacts in the bottom of the image, like it is missing giant pixels and is trying to draw them.
Ok, so you are probably saying to update the firmware. Great idea! Tried to do that. Firmware update detects my current version, 1.00. It tells me the new version 1.05 is available, but oh the upgrade button is greyed out and there is a message to contact Razer Support. Ok click that link. Oh a video on installing Synapse which is the software that is currently borking my pc. Ugh... Search for a chat with Razer option. After a good while troubleshooting with them, plugging it into different USB ports, plugging it into a completely different computer, no solution. They will escalate...
Escalation says camera must be defective, return it to Best Buy. Now I am finding other people with the same issue being told the cameras they bought from best buy are too old and cannot accept the new software, so yeah. I guess I will try returning this and hope I get one that is new enough for the updated firmware.
If it weren't for the stupidly cheap sale price on this, I would totally give up and go to a different product. Doesn't matter how good the sale is if I can't get a better one that works reliably.

Overall the image quality is amazing. Definitely great for streaming. I think one thing to do is always go for a dedicated microphone. The mic on it is not so great. Still testing out some of its other features.

Brand new unit "too old to update firmware"

The Kiyo Pro arrived today from Best Buy. Brand new item. Plugged it in, Razer Synapse updated, and said I had a firmware update available to fix the well known auto focus issues. Downloaded the firmware update tool from the link provided by Synapse, ran it, and it said "To proceed with this firmware update, please contact Razer Support". Tried rebooting, tried a different computer, same result. Contacted Razer Support who after 45 frustrating minutes of the technician having no idea how to resolve it, finally told me he ran the serial number and the Kiyo Pro I received from Best Buy was so old that it would not accept the firmware update. I could fill out a few forms and Razer would send me a new one under warranty (1 year limited, by the way). No thanks, returning it to Best Buy and buying the Logitech Brio - which I should have bought in the first place. Razer support is awful. Razer warranty is 1 year vs 3 years with the Logitech Brio.

I initially bought the Razer Kiyo Pro webcam, but I ended up returning it after finding it significantly cheaper at another store. The product itself is decent, but the pricing at Best Buy is questionable. It’s worth shopping around before buying here, as they often have higher prices than other retailers.
If you’re interested in this webcam, my advice is to look elsewhere first to make sure you're getting a fair deal.

The camera works fine but for some reason when I look at the recording playback the quality of the recording doesn't look as crisp as I wanted it to be but maybe it's because I might have to change a setting or two.

Only gripe is synapse causing an issue in order fo update the firmware but other than that the camera is solid. Got it on an amazing black friday deal so i would wait for a sale if youre looking to buy it, wouldnt drop the full price for it tbh.

Very good camera, it’s darkness balance is very impressive. The fps and capture quality are both very good for its price range, honestly a solid addition to any setup.
