I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my 14 year old son and he wasn't aware that all the games didn't use the programmable buttons, so he wans to exchange it. He also stated that the lights kept turning off when it wasn't supposed to. An exchange might be in order to make him happy.

I'll be completely honest, I am a Razer fanboy. Have owned razer products since they first came out and the Naga has to be one of my best purchases. Great mouse to use for mmo's.

The response time and the options available on this mouse make it a great choice for my teenage gamer. This is the second one we've purchased and the first one proved to be an excellent choice.

I use it for all genres of games. Buttons take a while to get used to but can leave your other hand free for movement or skills. If there's one thing I would change it would be the side plate. I had to adjust to it, where the previous model let you switch it out.

Purchased this after looking and researching everything else. Like to play various MMO (World of Warcraft, Star Trek Online, etc.) Work as advertised had is holding up better then I expected.

Bought this Razer Naga gaming mouse for my daughter .She said it is the best gaming mouse she ever had , I am glad that she happy with it , I would recommend this to anybody who love play game !!!

This is my second Razer mouse. I've had no problem for the first few months...convenient enough to not be able to return the mouse. Then the mouse sometimes stalls and would not scroll properly. Now, the mouse is stuck on scrolling up and down and would even stall. Razer's customer service thinks that the software is the problem. Well, they need to step up their game on this. Any Razer product is all about looks and hardware will guarantee to FAIL within the first year or so. BEWARE before buying.

This mouse has cool color changes and buttons that you can program for anything. This mouse even survived a while after the USB got dented from an accidental fall.

Absolutely perfect. I have had zero issues with this mouse and being able to customize the DPI is priceless. Its my first real gaming mouse and I will continue to stick with Razer products now.

First let me say that I can't complain much about this mouse as I picked it up for $29. That said, this mouse certainly has some short comings when it comes to its predecessor and the current Chroma series. The old Naga came with changeable grips for people with smaller hands. The new one is noticeably fatter and harder to grip. Buttons are the same, but the old Naga felt much sturdier and higher quality. This one feels more like plastic. Also, and this is kind of frustrating, this particular mouse doesn't have all the color schemes the other Chroma products have so you can't match it. My favorite color scheme, Wave, isn't available on this mouse. That alone makes it pretty disappointing. It's worth it for $29, but not for it's retail price.

Purchased This mouse for the gamer in the household. I have heard absolutely no complaints and in fact have been told that it is great for playing all types of computer games with.

Bought it for my son, who plays mostly Minecraft and Roblox. He loves the mouse! I bought the protection plan, also, but there have not been any problems with the mouse.

This mouse was bought to replace a razer naga that lasted me for 5 years. Not much to say but technology at its best combined with a beautiful array of colors and flawless designs.

Was hard getting used to. Gaming wasn't as comfortable.

Bought a for Christmas gift for my son. Loves it. Plays in the dark to see it light up. Makes gaming easier. He enjoys the number features on the side for programing.

Great device if you are looking to back away from the keyboard and work more on one hand! Great for MMO RPGs and the software is very user friendly! Color customization 5 stars!!!

The mouse runs so smooth with my MacBook pro. If you are interested for getting a gaming mouse for ios products or Android/Microsoft products, then this will be your best bet!

I work from home so a good keyboard and mose is important to me. The first problem with this mouse is the lack of battery life. If you turn the lighting off cometely you can get a good 2 days from a full charge.

I had my first 12 button Naga last a year. Started to have issues with the x and y access on it spazing out and it would get hung up occasionally and wouldn't go one way like their was an invisible line on the screen--on to my more recently purchased naga, worked great but only lasted a month. The mouse wheel started to act irradically, you could try to scroll one or two clicks down and it would end up making a Web page give you a seizure because it would flash colors like crazy because it thought I was scrolling up and down at inhuman like speeds. Anyways having replaced them twice I've switched over to corsair 12 button rgb mouse and am having no issues with it so far. It's been only 2 weeks though.

Hands down this changed my gaming life. Heros of the storm ! Wow !overwatch ! You name it !it will change your game style and up your response rate ! Best decision ever.
