Customer Ratings & Reviews

So first off the thing has something like 19 buttons. I find it very comfortable to use. It means I can use a mouse with one hand and this with the other. Additionally saves wear and tear on a keyboard, especially important when a laptop is involved. Highly recommend

I've been using this keyboard and other versions of this keyboard since 2016 I love it but I would say make sure you get the protection plan accidents happen

Works great. This is the second one I have had. I highly recommend it.

The Tartarus is the state of the art of keypads. I use it seamlessly in computer gaming with macros assigned to each key. It is much easier to navigate than a full keyboard as the thumb stick allows for directional input while the remaining keys allow you to execute commands without ever moving or looking at your hand. The synapse software makes it easy to customize your macros and switch between layouts for each of your games.

Nice to just get rid of everything non essential and have only what you need to compete.

I am a thumb moving gaming player. I had tried the buttons to move forward and backwards and side ways are difficult for me to play with.

My husband loves it !!!! Says it’s like taking a whole keyboard and just putting it all on a easier surface

Works for almost all games even older titles easily programmable with macros and a good bit of other stuff

Easy to program and use, very comfortable, coming from a console player to pc, joystick is very responsive

[Employee of bestbuy] This gaming pad is not bad. It certainly isn't necessary if you have a full keyboard and are comfortable with wasd input. Also, it may prevent input from a controller when playing other games without it. Otherwise, as far as the use of it goes, it functions well and works for mmorpg nicely. I wouldn't get it for most games unless you don't use controllers or are tired of standard keyboard inputs. Basically, it's a niche item that many could pass on.

Fits well in my hands. I like the design and of course razer makes good quality products. They just have the WORST customer service. But I didn’t account for that in my rating so…. A win for them.

The device works great as it is and offers a ton of customization for various programs and games. Kind of wish the thumbstick was an actual joystick vs a clicky directional pad however. My main complaint about this is that in typical Razer fashion, the keys are VERY loud. For a membrane keypad, the clicky-ness of these keys got on my nerves and I had to get rid of it. I liked the tactile feel of them but they're incredibly clicky and it annoyed me. So beware if you too can't stand things like Cherry mx Red switches.

The Tartarus has been in my toolset for rpg and dps gaming for a decade and provides optimal key inputs for spells and abilities!

Really changed my game. Never used controller again after getting this. Azeron taste but Tartarus budget. Still going strong after almost 2 years and no software issues.

Great keypad, my hands are a bit larger that average so a lot of keyboards keys are too small causing a lot of keys to get hit on accident. Its very responsive and helps me play games without fat fingering a bunch of keys.

No more hand cramping. 10/10. Should have bought this sooner

This works great for gaming and 3D design software since you can program all of the keys.

Works great. Very ergonomic and functional. Works great on its own or with other hardware

Gift for my son in law. He loves it. Exactly what he wanted!

Helps gameplay and stuff and definitely helps people that dont wanna have to search your whole keyboard and easy to use and very programmable
