Really good sound cancellation but still can hear sound faintly. Which I like just in case. The Dolby app is pretty cool and I use it for a lot of things like tv at night listen to music a the most important one the reason for buying while I game. Loud but not painful

Quick Overview ================================= There are a LOT of choices if you're shopping for gaming headsets. In this price bracket, I'd say the RIG 600 Pro HX is a great choice! It's lightweight, supports 2.4 Ghz and BT 5.1, sounds good with a customizable EQ, decent battery life, and includes Dolby Atmos for Headphones. Overall build ================================= Opening the box, you'll think your headphones were broken in shipping if you haven't used these before. They actually ship with the earcups separate from the headband (of course the wire is still connected) so you can snap them into the proper hole for your head size. It may seem a bit limiting to only be able to choose S, M, L instead of a variable headband, but I've used these types (Since they were Plantronics) before without any fit issues. The bonus is that this plastic "skeletal" frame makes them super lightweight and pretty durable. I also like that the earcup padding is fabric instead of fake leather which will ultimately deteriorate and flake off. In the box, you'll also get the 2.4 Ghz USB-C dongle, a USB-A to USB-C adapter, and a USB-A to USB-C charging cable. The quickstart guide and Dolby Atmos insert are the only other noteworthy inclusions. The USB-C dongle has a small indicator light and a switch for Console or USB (it says PC in the quickstart) depending on what you're connecting to. There are no controls on the right earcup, so everything is on the right including the flip-out boom mic. Starting at the bottom near the charging port, there's a red power button, the volume knob, the call control (music play/pause) button, and near the top is the BT button. The mic sits fully flush when it's not in use, so you'll push the bottom/underside of it until the tip is revealed so you can flip it out. Initial setup ================================= After peeling the plastic wrap off of the headphone parts, I snapped in the earcups in the M setting only to find out that I have a bigger head than I thought? I had to step up to the L size to have the headband comfortably sit on the top of my head with the earcups covering my ears fully. Mind you, I'm 5'6" and under 150 lbs, so I worry that larger heads may not work for this design. I wanted to make sure they were fully charged, so I connected it to a USB-C charging cable and waited. After plugging in the dongle (switch set to USB) to my Asus G18, I powered on the headphones and heard the voice prompts regarding battery life and connectivity status (dual mode, USB and BT). I'll test first without Dolby Atmos for Headphones and without EQ in the mobile app. After that, I'll rerun the tests. Performance ================================= The mic is fine. The flip-to-mute is nice, but I think a nice mute button and indicator would have been nice in addition to the flip up mechanism. Imagine if you were in a situation where you needed to constantly mute/unmute often. That would be a bit annoying with this because it's not as simple as a push-to-mute experience. Quality-wise, the mic is good enough for gaming and communications, but I would not record audio for videos nor stream with it. I use a dedicate Rode mic by comparison and it's night and day in terms of quality (as it should be). Also, I have a fan/filter running in my room almost all the time and the mic quality sounds better with the fan/filter off so perhaps some background noise suppression is part of why the mic sounds good, but not great. Without EQ/Dolby Atmos for Headphones ------------------------------------- Spotify was good with some rolling midbass, but not particularly deep. Female vocals and electronic music sounded just fine but I could use a bit more bass for some musical enjoyment. I also noticed that I needed the volume quite high - past 60-70% or more depending on the song. Ascent's synth-heavy, dark soundtrack sounded great while going through the subterranean world. I could hear small details and gunfire sounded nice and impactful. Yakuza Kiwami also sounded great with the Kamurocho district sounding fully alive with the ambient hustle and bustle of a busy downtown area. Kiryu's commanding voice sounded great as well. Overall, these are already a nice sounding, lightweight headset for gaming. Let's try it with the Dolby Atmos for Headphones. Enabling features like these used to be codes you'd have to enter, but now the card just directs you to download the Dolby Access app from the Microsoft Store. Once you download/run it, it'll see your RIG 600 Pro HX headphones and you'll be able to configure them for music, game and other modes. With Dolby Atmos for Headphones --------------------------------- I didn't notice much difference in Spotify unless I customized some EQ settings of my own, but I was glad to have an option to do so without needing to use the app on my phone! For customization you have a 10-band EQ and can turn off the "Surround Virtualizer" and "Volume leveler". Firing up The Ascent and Yakuza Kiwami again, I toggled between the "Game" and "Custom 1" setting in the Dolby Atmos app. Note, there's also an option for "Dynamic" to let the app select a mode for you. As I switched into "Game" mode, it seems like some higher frequencies were cut and bass was deeper. This was more obvious in The Ascent where there were some high-pitched instruments and a choir-like singing in the background. Both games sounded good like this, but since the mode was supposed to be better for positional audio, I fired up Sniper Elite 4. OK I remember Sniper Elite 4 being a dramatic game, but these headphones really make it sound great! The music is bombastic and dramatic, fitting an epic WWII movie. Sniper Karl Fairburne's gravely voice sounds great and the entire world sounds alive as old machinery, gravel falling from the mountains, wildlife, etc. are all there for you to hear. Since it's a stealth and sniper game, sound really is key as you're sneaking through tunnels or barracks trying to get the drop on the enemies. Hearing their footsteps get louder as they approach, especially from a direction you weren't expecting, was really helpful. I usually game with music headphones which sound great, but they're wired and honestly should be powered by an amp since they're quite high-impedance headphones. The Android app - RIG 600 Pro Navigator --------------------------------------- Oddly enough, there was no mention of the actual app's name on the box or in the quickstart guides. On their website for the 600 Pro HX, there's one small graphic about searching for "Rig 600 Navigator". Actually doing that will result in two apps showing up, choose the "RIG 600 Pro Navigator". I think a mobile app controlling parameters makes sense if this device is going to be used primarily on a mobile device, but since this is aimed at PC/console gamers, I think this is a bit of an oversight. I guess the plus side, I didn't have to install yet another manufacturer's software to control a new peripheral on my PC. After pairing your phone via BT, the app will let you test your headphone's controls and set things like mic gain, sound profiles, auto power off, etc. Eventually, there will be firmware updates here as well. As you can imagine, it's nice to have access to phone calls when needed even if you're playing a game so you don't miss an important call. Conclusion ================================= I think these are great, lightweight gaming headphones! Whether you're on Xbox, PS, PC, Switch, or mobile, these will work - regardless of the Xbox branding! They should fit most and the lightweight + fabric earcups make them comfortable for a long time. Charging these every few days is not a chore and I do like that there are configuration options available to customize the sound via the Dolby Atmos for Headphones app in Windows. I just wish the mobile app wasn't required for other customization.

    Lightweight Headset

The best thing about this headset is how lightweight it is. Most people who use headsets do so for hours each day. You can fatigue when the headset is heavier. That was the first thing I noticed with these. More comfort because of the lightweight. A simple and settled design. The setup was snapping in the ear cup pieces to my size. I do wish there was more adjustment for individuals with larger heads. No cup swivel so you can't lay them on your shoulders. But do you need that? These offer good-quality audio while playing shooting games. Even while listening to a podcast and other forms of entertainment. The app is very basic. I mean basic you get functions like Microphone gain levels and Microphone monitoring. Which is a neat add-on if you need those things. Volume level protection and an Equalizer. Bass Boost was my preferred option. I don't usually use the microphone on headsets but you will be heard clearly. No problems. The microphone retracts into the headset itself. Which is another nice feature. The biggest negative is the tight fit. I wish there was one more size adjustment. I didn't have a problem after 2 hours of use. I have yet to have a problem. But this is a great lightweight headset that will get the job done.

Initial thoughts: these headphones look really good. They’re light and textured. They feel sturdy in the hand. Is any of that enough, though? I don’t really think so. ***Build Quality:*** Without rehashing the intro, I will say that the quality is solid. The earpieces are plastic and matte textured on the sides, but have grippy lines molded into the outside edge of the housing. This feels nice. The weight feels good - not too light, not heavy. They balance out “squeezing” your head and “sitting” on your head fairly well. The cords are flat and hide next to the chassis very well. ***Comfort:*** They're likely very comfortable if you have the right size head. They would have done well to advertise them as “kid friendly” or “junior” sized. They look unmistakably like a headset, so they're big - but they don’t fit a longe/larger head well. My head is medium large and I’m maxing out the 3rd (furthest) slot down. They aren’t “over” the ear for me. My 3 year old can fit them with the medium setting. He's a big boy for his age, so that isn't saying much, but I'm not actually sure who the top-most setting is for if a little kid can't fit it. They're actually great for him since the earpieces don't twist or lengthen, making it easy for him to take off or put back on. The material is breathable and not the typical, faux leather which gets quickly greasy and sweaty. ***Sound Quality:*** The headset has loud bass straight out of the box, though it's heavy in the 80hz zone, which is great for kick drum, but not balanced across the full spectrum. To get that (and especially mids and highs) just right, you'll have to play with an equalizer. There's one for Windows which hooks into the system and allows for high customizability called “Equalizer APO”, controlled with the “Peace” GUI. If you're a console gamer, I don't think you'll be very impressed, particularly with what these are for: the human voice. Voices are overpowered by that kick drum bass in music, and voices sound “compressed” otherwise - likely because of the size of the drivers being sub-optimal for higher tones. Honestly, these really sound the best with electric guitar. Take that for what you will. ***Microphone:*** The headset's microphone does best when the arm is all the way down, but it isn’t crisp and clear. It pulls down from the body; initially it comes recessed - it only comes down by pressing the bottom of the arm into the chassis, counter-levering the arm out. It doesn’t come out far, so you have to secondarily pull it down into position. The mute position is “up”, but the good thing is you don’t have to completely recess it to mute. You can leave it about 20% down and it’ll mute, notifying you via a lower set of two tones. Un-mute is denoted by two higher tones. The microphone gets its clearest input in the 100% down position, underneath the level of your lips. ***Controls and Connectivity:*** Pairing the headphones is counterintuitive: you have to power them on using a bottom button, then hold the top button until you hear a notice about bluetooth. It doesn't always work consistently, so you may get frustrated trying to make it work. Controlling volume and pause are strange, since so many other headsets and headphones have right hand controls. Left-handed would be welcome from me, but nothing is where I want it: the USB C charge port should have been a button. The power button is recessed and requires fumbling for. The volume “dial” (which isn’t a real dial) should have been a button - particularly because now there is no obvious “next song” functionality. The button for pausing is way too high on the chassis. The pairing/mode button is the easiest to find, but you shouldn’t need that nearly as often as PAUSE or VOLUME. There is a USB C dongle for adding wireless connectivity to devices which aren’t configured for it, using 2.4Ghz wifi in a custom band. RIG could have scored MAJOR points by making the dongle universal - instead, they made it proprietary: just another thing to lose and/or break. It does look cool, though, and is thin. ***Conclusion:*** Overall, the RIG 600 Pro HX Wireless Over-the-Ear Gaming Headset is a decent product for the price, but you have to know what you want. These don’t have good music qualities, nor do they block out room sounds through microphone very well. They aren’t noise canceling. The quality is good, but the controls are counterintuitive. As a gaming headset, you will be disappointed. As a parent? These things are awesome! My son can’t figure out how to pause anything, they’re light and durable, and non-adjusting.

I am a very picky person when it comes to sound and what i consider a good sounding headset and a just ok sounding headset to something i think is a waste of money. This headset falls in the category of WOW it is hands down one of the best headsets i have ever had slipped over my ears. From opening the box to placing the headset over my ears i could not be happier with this headset. First off connection and setup with this headset was so easy. I picked bluetooth but you can also go with a USB dongle that plugs in and it uses 2.4 GHZ to use it wirelessly. I used the bluetooth because i like to keep my USB ports open incase i need them for something else. It also comes with instructions how to go to the windows website and download Dolby Atmos. If you do not the headset will still work but you are not doing it justice. You will be able to tell once you have downloaded it and turned it on because there is a setting that lets you know dolby atmos is activated and your ears will instantly hear the difference. Without dolby atmos activated the sound is still great but once you turn dolby atmos on it's like the difference of listening to sound through a styrofoam cup with a string tied to it or being live in concert. I can't emphasize enough to make sure you download dolby atmos, you will thank me later. Also don't let the look of the headset fool you, it looks kind of cheaply made but i assure you it's definitely not. Personally i think it looks pretty awesome and it makes it so light on your head,to the point i forget i even have it on my head. The only complaint i have and it's not really a big deal,is the Mic is a hidden type on the left side and there is a little bump out were you can kind of pull it backwards with your finger to get the Mic to come out for use. But it's really tight so it's kind of hard to get the Mic to pop out. Given it's brand new so maybe after a bit of use it will start to come out easier. Bottom line this is a great headset. Sound quality top notch, easy to install and setup, looks great, very light and comfortable on your head and ears. You cant go wrong with this headset and it's money very well spent. Also you can use it with xbox, switch,PC and im guessing anything with a bluetooth hook up.

    Headset with potential

I am a daily gamer. No, it's not my job...i have a full-time job but getting on the console after work and bring able to have an immersive audio experience is important to me. When i furst opened the boxing that it was packaged in, I was neither impressed or not impressed. It seemed pretty standard. The interesting thing to note is that the actual headphones, the cups that go over your ears, are not actually attached completely to the head band upon arrival. The headsets are adjustable but it's because you're able to plug in either one of the circumaural cups into any of the pre-pocketed plugs on the head band. I found the size that works for me. The headset, once assembled, is very light and you can tell that it's completely made of lightweight plastic. For this reason I do not feel that this headset will last long for me given my daily usage. I must say that I have tried to use this headset to listen to different audio input and overall the sound quality is pretty good, nothing I can complain about. I must say though that during my party chat interactions the other participants were able to clearly notice a difference between the sound quality they heard from me versus what they had been used to with me using my previous headset. One person said that I sounded far away and another person said I sounded tinny. The Mike boom is not adjustable to account for proximity so I can partially understand the one person saying I sounded far away. But to hear the other person say that I sounded tinny suggest that there could be some Equalization on the hardware to give a richer experience to listener of my chat Communications. The headset, although being light, is comfortable to wear. Retracting the boom mike is pretty easy but once you want to get it back out to be able to talk is not as easy and requires some extra coordination. The button layout is pretty simple and easy to navigate. Overall, I would probably recommend this headset as a backup to your primary headset just for when that one runs out of juice or is that of commission for whatever reason for a brief period of time.

Great FPS Gaming Headset, But Tight Fit

For context, I play CS:GO, Destiny, Overwatch 2, Diablo 4. I also play music and mix, with a classical background, 14 years of formal piano training. Having said that, this is a gaming headset, through and through. I had some trouble tinkering with the headset and actually requested Best Buy to allow me to re-submit my review because I was unable to get the software to activate correctly initially. Now that I am able to activate Dolby Atmos (you do have to download the software to make this work), it's still a little underwhelming it does work. This headset I'd put it in the higher tones, clear mids. Even adjusting the equalizer you can get some bass in, but it just excels mostly in the mids and highs. Sound feels clear, crisp. Really excels in FPS shooters, isolating other players walking through grass, or windows breaking even from a distance. Other areas that it excels is voice. During game cinematic cut scenes, or other players talking to me, very clear and light sound. If I turn up the bass, sure it's decent, but it feels average. As a musician, however, this is not the best but acceptable. Ok for classical music, violins, vocals. It starts to become average and muddy when the bass starts to overwhelm. Not the best, but not bad. I wouldn't take away points for it, but I wouldn't give it extra points. Where I simply had to take away a star was the size and sizing option of the headset. There's just no way around it, even at the largest setting (see pictures), it barely fits my 4 year old and even she felt it was tight and uncomfortable. The way to change size of the headset are 3 different clips. At the largest setting, you can see in my pictures the headband starts to warp and get tight on my 4 year old, let alone my adult head size. At $100, these headsets really shine for FPS shooter genre of players. I can see this as the perfect headset for my nephew who is trying to be an amateur fps player; the mom being happy not to spend $200 for the next tier of headset, and my nephew being impressed with the clarity during action games. Just don't make the mistake I did and not download the atmos, that is a feature of the headset , but requires an extra step to activate (it comes with a packet insert that shows you how to download it from the microsoft store)

Light, glasses & big head friendly, minor tweaks

I’ve been using this headset for almost a month and a half now. I’ve previously used a lot of more affordable wired and wireless headsets but often found that the sound or mic wouldn’t be too good. Then I tried out some more pricier headsets in the $80-$100 mostly turtle beach headsets, and while I loved the sound and the ability to simultaneously connect to my phone and console and listen to both the weight and comfort of the headsets lacked, especially if you have glasses and wear them for a long time. You also had to buy an additional adapter to even connect to the pc. So far with this headset, it’s the lightest one I’ve ever had, it’s almost like you are wearing nothing which is great if you plan to wear it for many hours. The sound is decent but nothing amazing, but you can mess with the base on the app and watch videos and games come more to life. The range of the usb is far and allows me to walk around most of the house and not get disconnected. It’s also the best option I’ve come across so far for glasses wearers, but it’s not perfect, I wish you could adjust the sides to allow a slot for glasses like you can on the turtle beach. You also can’t adjust the sides angles to face inward or outward, and having a big head sometimes they go into my face a little more than I would like, but overall they are comfortable and when you put them on you can see they do open up quite big and are the best option I’ve come across thus far. One thing I will say is that you can’t simultaneously listen to your phone and console audio but you can connect to both and from your headset you do have the option to accept or deny calls, which I’ve never used and would love if you could listen to both at the same time. The piece to take out the mic is hard to take out as well so you need to feel around for a little bump and press hard at the correct angle to get it out. What’s nice with this headset is it supports pretty much every device, it supports pc, smartphones, ps systems, Xbox systems, & nintendo systems making it very versatile and easy to switch between different systems without needing a different headset for each. The pads are pretty comfy but coming from turtle beach headsets I do wish they were a little more padded or thicker.

    Great, Capable Headset!

There’s a lot of competition for headsets around the $100 price point, but these made for a great choice. From the included dongle and bluetooth, style, soft ear cups and overall weight. These have a unique mix of nice features that stand out. While the outside of the box proudly states ‘made for Xbox’ they are fully capable of being used with PC/Mac, Playstation and Switch (which they also advertise, a bit smaller, on the box too) - There are no green accents or Xbox logos on the headphones themselves, but it does unlock exclusive activation of Dolby Atmos for 3D audio on Xbox and Windows via the Dolby Access App (which is not usable for Playstation.) The headset itself is purely black with a variety of textures and finishes. What makes these stand out is RIG’s choice of a lattice-like structure to the band, interwoven with fabric elements. This creates a very lightweight but sturdy headset, which is perfect for gaming - where moving your head around is a bit more common than simply listening to music. I also appreciate the simple woven fabric of the ear cups and band's padding. While I imagine it may pick up hair gel (or similar) over time, it should clean off easily while giving a bit more ventilation than faux leather fabrics would have. There’s also a small bit of a leather-like material at the edges of these ear cups - adding a bit of a lux feel when picking them up. Another unique design choice is the method they chose for making sizing adjustments. When you first open the box, the ear cups are detached from the band and dangling from their cords. Don’t to be alarmed, this is just how they are shipped. Sizing of the band is based on 3 attachment slots for these cups. While this makes them a bit more limited in adjustment, I found that the large setting was still just fine and comfortable for my larger head - it looks cool, and likely helps reduce overall weight. Sound wise, I find these to be well balanced and good at blocking out room noise. They’ll be a nice upgrade from many headsets, even at their mid-range price point. The fold-down mic is nicely hidden until needed, though I would have liked a quick mute button to make muting a bit faster. Once Dolby Atmos is engaged, you’ll get an extra level of immersion as the speakers in the headset can virtualize sounds all around you in a way that’s more accurate than standard stereo. I found that I needed to connect via the dongle on PC to get Dolby to detect the headset properly, so keep that in mind. All in all, I’m very impressed. It ticks a lot of boxes (and more) for the price and brings unique style to boot!

Included in the box is the RIG 600 Pro HX headset, a 2.4GHz USB-C dongle, USB cable and an A to C adapter, along with a small set of instructions and a sheet notifying you about Dolby Atmos features. I'll admit, I was a little confused on opening the box. I've never had to "assemble" headphones before. Most other headsets I've had have been adjustable on a sliding mechanism, but the RIG 600 Pro's monitors have clips that plug into set points on the strap for Small, Medium and Large. I don't really have what one would consider a "large" head, but I had to use the Large setting and even then, I feel like it could stand to be just a bit larger. Operating controls exist entirely on the right monitor, so there's no confusion as to what controls are on which side. Here you can find the power button and volume controls, as well as a button to switch between "dual" and "game" modes, the former allowing for calls from a phone bluetooth connection to interrupt you, which is convenient, and a play/pause/call answer button for that bluetooth connection when you're not actively gaming. The microphone sits flush in the monitor housing and flips out lever-style. Flipping the mic into the headset is how you mute it, which is going to get old quick if you find yourself in a situation where you need to mute often. I'd have preferred a button. I tested these with a variety of USB-C devices. A gaming PC (running Windows), a Steam Deck (running Linux), an iPhone 15 and a Playstation 5. On every device, the headset was automatically detected and configured for use without any further setup required. The USB adapter doesn't quite fit into the Steam Deck or iPhone 15 if these have cases on them, the plug's a few milimeters too short, and this required either removing the cases or using an adapter. I would have appreciated a passthrough connector for charging on the dongle. I have a set of 2.4Ghz earbuds that have this feature and it's great for devices like the Steam Deck and ROG Ally. Howver, there are "Y" cables meant for this exact purpose that are cheap and abundant, so it's not a big deal. On a Windows PC, you can enable Dolby Atmos via the Dolby Access app on the Microsoft Store. The app automatically detects that you're using an Atmos product and applies a license to it. The RIG 600 Pro Navigator app on the Apple Store works well for adjusting audio settings, but only for Bluetooth, so if you're looking for latency-free gaming on your phone, you'll likely be doing so with default settings unless this changes in the future. 3D audio can be enabled on the PS5. Audio quality in general is very good out of the box, on every device I used the headset with. The applications are a nice bonus and give you some excellent tuning options, but they're not really necessary if you just want a good sounding headset without any fuss. 3D and Atmos audio work very well, and the sound position modeling really gives you a similar effect to a full surround setup, with sounds seeming to come from the actual direction they should while in games. I've used other "3D Surround" headsets that didn't get nearly so close as these to accurate reproduction, and I'm pretty impressed. Overall, this is a great sounding headset with some excellent features, even if it could use a few small design improvements. I recommend it with the small caveat that if you typically find yourself maxing out the size adjusters on other headsets, this one's going to be a tight fit.

Gaming headsets are very common nowadays. So what the Rig 600 Pro HX has to offer is somewhat unique to me. First let’s talk about the design. First the headset is made of plastic which makes it lightweight and ideal for hours of use. The grip of the headband is tight but not too tight making it comfortable to wear. The earcups and headband cushion is made from a soft fiber material. So overall, it’s really comfortable to use. The Rig 600 Pro HX is wireless only and is connected to your device via a hybrid dongle connected by USB C and bluetooth. Being hybrid it can connect to Xbox, PX, Plyastation and Switch. But I would prefer if it had also a BT only connectivity. Battery life is rated at 18 hrs which is pretty decent. It has a retractable boom mic which I prefer since I would want to use it as a music only headset. And arguably the best option for me hear is the incorporated Dolby Atmos. I have several headsets that are supposedly Atmos compatible but when I download the Atmos app in Windows, nothing seems to happen. But not with the Rig 600. The Atmos app immediately recognizes the headset and there is not need for an in-app purchase. Overall, the Rig 600 Pro HX is an excellent pair of headphones and there is not much to write about it since it simply works. I would recommend this to everyone.

Clear audio. Comfortable fit on my head. Long lasting battery life, I charge maybe 2 or 3 times a week depending on play time. Would recommend if it is within your budget.

These are overall ok headphones for the asking price, however there are better sounding options. Even after installing the Dolby app on Windows they sound better, but still not as good as many other headphones. They are fairly comfortable because of pretty deep and plush earcups, but do not rotate around at the earcup and are fairly rigid so they don’t move with the shape of your head much. Most of the headphones feel like plastic and I don’t like how the headphones can only be adjusted to just 3 height positions via a pop on the earcups themselves. All sound customizations for the mic and equalizer are on your smartphone via an app , and require to be paired via bluetooth to make any changes. The only things you can physically change directly on one of the ear cups is power, volume level, audio track control for media, and a button for moving between bluetooth, wireless, and USB-C wired modes. The app itself does have 3 custom equalizer settings that can be saved, and settings for the mic gain levels. The mic is not removable. It does fold directly into the earcup it comes out of, however that is the single axis it goes, just up and down. You cannot move the mic side to side. While on PC using the 2.4ghz wireless adapter, I had very stable connections, no drops. Bluetooth however was a bit less stable, and I had to try a few times before being able to even pair it with my Pixel 5 phone. The USB-C wireless adapter design is nice in that the male connector part is off to the side, so if plugging into a hard to reach area, or do not want to block another computer port, you can just flip it over to save that space. This is very useful. All in all, these are ok headphones for the price, but I would not get these if you really want a lot of deep bass while gaming.

The perfect headset for anyone with an Xbox and a gaming PC. You must use the included USB adapter to use the headset with the Xbox but if your PC has Bluetooth, you wont need to use the adapter. I also use them with my tablet and my home theatre receiver sometimes at night. The audio quality is good enough for my needs. The RIG 600 Pro HX is actually more comfortable than the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2. They are lighter and the ear cups are smaller which is great for a person with a smaller head. My 9-year-old son can even wear them fine. If there is a negative, it's that it only has 1 volume control knob for chat and music audio unlike the Turtle Beaches which is convenient but not a deal breaker. And you can replace the earpads if they wear down. I got these on sale during Black Friday for $80.

Good headset, connects easily with all consols and laptops . The mute feature of moving the mic comes in handy to avoid chattering family in the background from being heard in a chat space

First wireless gaming headset. Sounds great. The mic is a little trick since it folds into headphone. Can use blue tooth and come with a wire but takes up a usb port. Seems like it holds a good charged.

Best gaming headset I've owned so far. The quality is great and doesn't feel cheap to me. Compared to the Turtle Beach brand and others, this one has better sound quality. I can really hear everything around is surround sound. The connectivity is also a plus because you can do Bluetooth with two different devices. Also for the price, its a no brainer compared to the $200 headsets out there.
